Located on a quiet dead end street just off Montauk Highway in desirable Ditch Plains this house is directly across from child friendly South Lake beach and a short walk to the ocean at Ditch Plains. The deck overlooks beautiful Lake Montauk, beautiful both day and night. Finished above ground lower level has bedroom and bath with living area. The main floor has 3 bedrooms, full bath and open layout to kitchen, living room and dining room with surrounding glass sliding doors that open to a furnished deck with grill. Cable with WiFi available in multiple rooms. TVs in place in living area upstairs and several bedrooms. Washer and drier on lower level.
