The house is located in a strategic point of the north of Gran Canaria (municipality of Arucas). It is located 10 minutes from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and the municipalities of Guía, Gáldar and Agaete, a place of connection with the island of Tenerife.

Opposite is the sea, which due to its characteristics is very suitable for practicing water sports and activities. The beach is also peculiar due to its seasonal sand (May-December). Nearby are restaurants where you can enjoy typical Canarian food and all kinds of services (supermarkets, for bus, pharmacy). You will also find natural pools.

Great place right on the coast

Minerva is a helpful and attentive host, the house is clean, comfortable and well equipped. It's right between the main GC-2 road and the sea, but set back from the road and you can't hear the traffic over the sound of waves crashing on the rocks.

The location shown by the Homeaway web site is misleading - the house is to the west of Banaderos and it's a 15 minute walk to get into the village where there are a couple of restaurants. There's a well stocked supermarket close by, which is open late except on Sundays. A car is recommended (a bus stop is close by though)

Otherwise access to Las Palmas and the central mountains is great and it's only just over an hour down to Maspalomas.

Een mooi, zeer schoon huis, verzorging tot in de puntjes. Eigenaar heel gastvrij. Zoon spreekt ENG.

Klein dorpje met 1 mini supermarkt en een traditionele bar met tappas. Prachtige ligging. Wandelen via leuke route naar fijn zwemstrand 20 minuten. Daar ook restaurants op de route. Door locatie Weinig touristen gezien in hoogseizoen! Top.

komfortable Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer

Neue gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer, am Rande des Surfspots Quintanilla. Die gesamte Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist neu, die Küche komplett ausgestattet. Vom Wohnzimmer und dem großen Balkon hat man uneingeschränkten Blick auf das Meer.

Das Objekt befindet sich zwar direkt an einer Hauptstraße, jedoch auf der zum Meer zugewandten Rückseite. Von Straßenverkehr ist deshalb nichts zu hören, nur das stetige Rauschen des Meeres.

Der nächste Supermarkt ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, ein Auto ist aber trotzdem zu empfehlen. Der Standort eignet sich auch gut für Ausflüge, Las Palmas oder die Westküste sind in weniger als einer halben Stunde erreichbar. Für Fahrten in das Landesinnere muss man deutlich mehr Zeit einplanen, lohnenswert sind hier aber die vielfältigen Wanderwege.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und unkomplizierten Aufenthalt. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, spricht aber nur spanisch. Insgesamt gesehen sehr empfehlenswert!
