The 1831 restored farm house featuress three bedrooms. On the second floor is the Acadian Room, with queen bed and large ensuite bath featuring clawfoot soaking tub and shower. Also on this floor is the Orchard View Room with a double bed and large ensuite bath featuring a clawfoot soaking tub and shower. Also on second floor is another large bathroom with large modern shower. A second living room and internet space is als on the second floor.
The ground floor orchard view bedroom features a queen size bed and modern private four piece bath.
There is a comfy eat in kitchen and also a full size dining room. The laundry room is off the kitchen. The back patio overlooks a meadow where the deer come to graze in the evening.
The lovingly restored 1831 farmhouse is located on twenty acres across from the Annapolis River. You can stroll the grounds or sit on the patio and watch the deer come out in the meadow to feed at night. If you like to hike, the Trans Canada Trail goes past the back of our property' We are located in a lovely farming area with many small farms, yet only ten minutes from Annapolis Royal and Bridgetown.. Right down the road you can visit a maple syrup farm and purchase their wonderful syrup. Our location is between two mountains in a lush valley with a long growing season for wonderful fruits and vegetables. Yet 20 minutes away is the Bay of Fundy, with the famous highest tides in the world. You can beach walk at Hampton and climb it's restored lighthouse. Watch the boats bringing in their catch of lobster. At Parkers Cove, purchase cooked lobster from the lobster pound along with the famous Digby scallops.
