The Old Rectory is situated in the beautiful Cotswold village of Withington surrounded by rolling countryside. It is an outstanding Grade II* building dating from Medieval times. The village has a pub, Church and a post box. Cheltenham and Cirencester are 8 miles and 9 miles and offer a wide range of shopping and recreational facilities. There are many surrounding Cotswold villages to explore and walks around the Village of Withington itself.
The main house dates from around 1300 and is situated in a beautiful Cotswolds village with a pub serving food in a delightful pub garden. The Old Rectory is next door to the Church. The Coach House, with it's own private entrance is a small cottage which is attached to the Old Rectory itself having its own private entrance with views over the lawn and woodland. Gardens and grounds are extensive and surround the house on three sides. The cottage was completely refurbished in 2016 and the interiors are by award winning London designer 'Jimmie Martin'. Upstairs is an open plan kitchen and living area. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, one kingsize and one double bed. There is a walk in wet room with shower with heated floor.
