About the property

Detached house of modern style inside a private urban development and in a very calm environment. The house is to 400 meters of the best beach of Cantabria in the least crowded area during the summer months.

The house has a capacity for 12 persons distributed in 5 rooms. The first floor has two rooms, double one and different of marriage with dressing-room and bath. The first plant with a main room with dressing-room and bath, one with two beds and a country house with a double bed. There is available cradle for baby.

The house has two agreeable gardens to the north and south, of with portable barbecue and space to park 3 cars.

ENVIRONMENT and EXCURSIONS

The house is 15 ' of the airport of Santander-Parayas and 50 ' of the airport of Bilbao. To 40 ' of the neocueva of Altamira in Santillana Del Mar and to 50 ' of the Museum Guggenheim. Well communicated with Santander in 20 ' for highway or by boat, across a beautiful walk in Pedreñera for the bay.

A big supermarket exists to 500 meters of the house.

FREE TIME

If the Golf pleases you have the best fields to 10 ': in Pedreña, that of Seve Ballesteros and "La Junquera".

The spectacular Somo beach with its 7 kilometers long is ideal to go in for aquatic sports like surfing, kite or windsurfing, SUP, diving, fishing... The host takes 30 years doing surfing and it will be able to advise you and communicate with the best schools with a few special conditions. It is the perfect place to begin in the Surfing.

In the municipality you will be able to visit other spectacular beaches like Loredo, Galizano or Langre (with nudist area). If you like skating, in Somo you have an extraordinary Skate-park.

The environment arranges of a big gastronomic offer that goes from excellent hamburger restaurants, chic restaurants as Magnolia Bar up to stars Michelin (Amós's Arbor).

ROUTES and NATURE RESERVES

The municipality of Ribamontán to the Sea to which it belongs Somo has beautiful routes for the coast like the walk Loredo-Langre and beautiful pine groves for which to get lost. The Park of the Nature of Cabárceno placed to 20 minutes is a modality inside the zoos where the animals are at semifreedom, the Nature reserve of Hills of the Asón to 20 ' or the well-known Peaks of Europe to 50 ' offers an incredible and infinite offer to enjoy a full form the sceneries and the nature of Cantabria.
