Beautifully furnished 2 double bedroom main door Colony Cottage in the sought after area of Gardner's Crescent with excellent amenities and transport connections, having Haymarket Rail Station and Princes Street only minutes walk away.

The property is on the Ground Floor and it has its own private entrance main door and also its own private garden where guests can enjoy peaceful outdoor space despite being in the Centre of Edinburgh.

There is freeview television, free Wi Fi broadband connection, full size dishwasher, washer & dryer, fridge freezer, Smeg double oven and gas 4 ring hob.

Other items provided include - an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, washing line (in garden) & clothes pegs, clothes horse, small portable steps, mop & bucket, miele hoover and some smalll childrens toys.

There is a dining bar which seats 4 guests in the kitchen.

Home setting in bustling city

So easy to work with Rory! Cottage comfort, cleanliness, and quaintness surpassed the viewed photos. All appliances and dishware served nicely. The location was wonderful in that our family of 4 (including a 6 & 8 year old) had no problem walking around the city all day without need of public transport. Even a local cat sunbathed in the window which gave it a feeling of home. Thank you!

Great location, clean condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was centrally located, clean with a nicely remodeled kitchen. We also appreciated having a washer and dryer in the condo.

Central Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cottage during our 2 week holiday. It was just right for 2 travelling sisters and contained every amenity we required. Rory and Shona were very responsive to our questions and needs before and during our stay. The best part of this cottage was the location! When we wanted to pack a small bag and venture beyond the city it was a 5-10 minute walk to the train station. The trams and buses were nearby and we could walk to Princess Street, Edinburgh Castle, a huge variety of restaurants and local grocery stores. We are hoping to return to Edinburgh in a few years and will happily book again with Shona and Rory!

Very comfortable cottage. Enough space for a family of 4

The cottage was located centrally. We could walk to many places like Gassmarket, Edinburgh Castle and Royal Mile. The self check-in instructions were very clear and easy. We loved staying in this property.

Lovely flat near Haymarket

This flat was the perfect amount of space for one adult traveling with two teens. I wish we had figured out the tram earlier in our week but highly recommend it (although the walk is nice too). Everything worked well in the flat, it was clean and provided for private spaces. Plenty of good quality cookware and dishes. The upstairs neighbor is noisy on the weekends, but otherwise, we did not hear neighbors at all and very little city noise.

All in all, this is a very good flat at a reasonable rate in a good location.
