Quint and homely
This little cottage was very homely. The view was beautiful as it sat on a height looking out to sea. Easy parking and only a short walk to the main shopping area. Good WiFi and facilities. Only there for a short break (2 nights) but we enjoyed our say.

In need of renovation
The property is well located with good views offering 3 double bedrooms and ample space. Its drawback is that is dated and a little rundown and probably with too many picture, ornaments and the like. Sometimes less is more. The existing colour schemes are very much 70's and 80's (browns, mustards). If it were to be painted in whites or pale shades from top to toe it would be quite a nice place.

3rd time staying in Stanley and Yvonne's house. Everything perfect as usual even the weather. Location is brilliant after a evening stroll along prom to kids playpark followed by an ice cream at Morellis then sitting in little conservatory with a glass of wine playing board games and watching sunset. What could be more perfect. Great base for touring all attraction points on north coast. Dubious on arrival at large crane outside building appartmemts on prom but this turned out to be another bonus as 3 year old loved wztching it moving about during the day and silhouette was beautiful against changing sky at night. Overall highly recommend for a relaxing family break.

About the host

Hi,
Thank you for looking at our property.
I also run a B&B between Antrim and the international airport
We aim to provide a selfcatering unit as we would wish to find it and I am assisted in the cleaning of this property by a lady who lives near Portstewart (and my husband!)

Why they chose this property

We not only liked the style of the property along with the parking and quiet street, but the view from the property and the central location was just irresistible.
No matter what time of year you go to Portstewart you can sit in or outside the property and just admire the sea and coastline views and simply unwind.
Any periods that it is vacant, especially the weekends, we try to get to it ourselves.

What makes this property unique

The panoramic sea and coastline views along with the central location and the relatively quiet street that it is located on.
