A beautiful apartment in Westminster

A beautiful apartment in the heart of Central London ideally located to visit London. The apartment can comfortably sleep 6 people. The apartment has been completely refurbished in February 2018.

The apartment has been beautifully decorated and has a large living room with two large floor to ceiling windows, separate kitchen/dinning area, two double bedrooms, one main bathroom and an on-suite shower room. The apartment is spread out over the 1st and 2nd Floors of the building. Each bedroom has a double bed and a comfortable double sofa bed is in the living room (please let us know when you make your booking if you need to use the sofa bed so that we can provide linen). The living room is separated with doors from the kitchen/dining area and the rest of the apartment, should the guests wish to make use of the sofa bed. The apartment can comfortably accommodate a party of 6. The apartment has a base price for 3 people and any extra guests after that pay £25 per night.

We have a self check in system in place via a lockbox and we will send you the code for the lockbox on the day of your arrival.

Great Place to Stay in London for a Family

We enjoyed our stay at this Flat in Westminster. It worked well for our family of 6. It was a great place to come and go from during our 5 day stay in London. Erik was kind enough to arrange a slightly early check in which was very helpful after flying all night from the US. We'll keep this one in mind if we make a future trip to London.

Perfect!

This flat was perfect for my husband, daughter and me. Two bedrooms, two baths, located close to Victoria Station which made getting around so simple. We enjoyed making meals together and were able to do laundry before departing on the next leg of our adventure. A very comfortable home away and Erik was very easy and pleasant to work with. Highly recommended.

convenient but needing some repairs

The location of the house was perfect. It was close to the tube so there was only a few times we needed a cab. We found the place very clean. We did have problems with the heat and hot water. Both were constantly turning off and we were not provided with instructions on how to turn it on or the location of the heating unit. The oven fan is also off kilter and very loud when you use the over.Many of the lights were missing a bulb . I would rent this unit again but I would address the problems with Erik to be assured that all is in working order.

Owner's Response: The heating instructions are in the welcome pack and it’s quite simple to use. You never asked for any explanation on how to use it during your stay. One of the light bulbs had gone off during your stay and was replaced after you left. The oven has several settings that work without the fan if you felt that the fan was too loud for you, which is odd given that the oven is only two months old.

Charming apartment with plenty of space in a great location.

Erik was kind enough to let us check in early, which helped immensely. The apartment is sunny, spacious and cozy and wonderful for a home base while traveling. The location is incredible—a short walk to Victoria station and wonderfully central. The only issue we had was the WiFi stopped working shortly after our arrival, and we had to use our data the whole stay. Erik was communicative during that time and told us it was due to weather, which, I suppose, is out of anyone’s control! Overall though, a special and sweet apartment to call home for a few days.

Wonderful flat. Great location.

My daughter and I spent a week at the flat. We enjoyed it very much. Perfect for the two of us. Everything we needed was supplied and the flat was clean and neat. Erik was quick to respond when I had a question and was able to help me. I would definitely recommend this flat. Close to Victoria Station and Victoria Coach. Cute neighborhood with restaurants, cafes and groceries.

If you require extra linen, towels or cleaning during your stay these will incur additional costs.
