The villa Les Longoses is located in a quiet residential area at the end of a dead end, it has been completely redone in 2016. It has a private tropical garden of 800 m² and private parking.
Please note that the villa is for 8 people + a baby up to 2 years old maximum.
The location is ideal, the marina of Saint-Gilles with its shops (bakery, fish market, restaurants ...) is 5/10 mins walk via a footpath and the edge of the docks and the beach of Roches Noires ( equipped with shark nets) and the beach breakers (the lagoon, ideal for observing the seabed). The city center is also within walking by beautiful wooden bridges in 15 minutes only.
The Route des Tamarins is 5 minutes, it gives you access to the rest of the island, east to the north, which will facilitate your trips.
A large infinity pool overlooking the sea, shared with an adjacent condominium is located on the side of the villa, it is a short walk through a gate and is available to tenants and owners 24h / 24, you relax there quietly because it is very uncrowded.
On the large veranda of 40 m² with views of the garden and the sea you will find a dining area for 8 people, deckchairs and garden furniture.
The house of 120 m² is fully level and very bright, it has a living / dining room of 30 m², a kitchen overlooking the terrace, 3 bedrooms, one of 20 m², a bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a second bathroom of Balinese type with walk-in shower and toilet.
The wifi is available throughout the house, the big screen television receives more than 30 channels and the phone calls to landlines and laptops of the meeting and the metropolis are unlimited and for a hundred destinations.
All rooms have air conditioning and closets. The bedding is new, adult rooms are equipped with high quality mattresses 160 and 140 cm, made with natural products: cotton, wool and coconut fibers. The last bedroom has a bunk bed, a single bed and an extra trundle bed, all 90 cm.
For young children an umbrella bed with bedding and a mosquito net as well as a high chair are available.
The linen is provided (sheets, blankets, towels, beach towels and tea towels).
Watering is drip there are few mosquitoes especially in the rooms they hate air conditioning, so there is no particular concern about it.
The kitchen is fully equipped: Senseo and electric coffee maker, American fridge with water dispenser and ice cube maker, combined oven, 4 burner gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine as well as barbecue and plancha.
Guests can park the car (s) indoors (parking for 2 cars) or outside the villa grounds.
Many activities are available nearby: diving, surfing, big game fishing, visiobulles, aquarium, catamaran, boat rental, dolphins, whales in July-August, paragliding, helicopter, microlight, golf, canyoning, hiking ...
CONDITIONS OF RENTAL:
For booking a deposit of 25% is required at the signing of the contract, the balance is to be paid 45 days before entry into the rental.
A contract will be sent to you upon reservation.
For stays of 14 nights or more, a domestic worker will come at the end of each rental week for housekeeping and a gardener will be present every 15 days.
These services are included in the rental rate.
The cleaning fee and laundry at the end of the stay is 70 euro (included in the rental price).
A deposit of 2000 euro will be payable in check on arrival, it will not be cashed and will be returned within 14 days maximum after departure, in the absence of damage. In case of impossibility of establishing checks (tenants residing abroad) the deposit will be paid in cash on the day of arrival or by bank transfer a few days before.
