Decorated and equipped with quality by its owners (including AA, WiFi, etc.), and designed with the specific qualities of a luxury home to be lived in all yeart round, BINI SOLE’s decoration is currently being completed by THE ORANGERIE Studio, to add the finishing touches of class and style that illustrates the MENORCASELECT villas. BINI SOLE’s elegant Mediterranean architecture stands out amongst the new incorporations to our Club this season 2017, in the most sought after location of Binibeca.

The presence of the sea, only a few steps from the house, integrates into each of the environments; both in the spacious exterior ground floor terrace with BBQ and large summer dining and sitting areas as in the spectacular sunbathing roof top terrace, enjoying amazing views over the sea and of the sunset. A lovely garden surrounds the good sized swimming pool, assembling private and elegant outdoor areas that invite you to relax.

Everything in BINI SOLE is special and refined, from the spectacular 2 environment lounge with high ceilings and white beams, to the kitchen / office area where the design prevails, equipped with high-end appliances and a picture window to enjoy wonderful sea views. In an environment of absolute tranquility and calm, but with all services at hand for a comfortable stay (supermarkets with daily newspapers, bars and restaurants, children’s playground), our customers also have at 2 minutes from the house of sunbathing and swimming platforms, wonderful walks by the sea, tourist road train that links Punta Prima beach to Binibeca, local bus to Sant Lluis and Mahon, etc.

You only require a car to explore this wonderful island, turquoise water coves, charming towns with character as the magical Ciutadella, legendary ... We are also in a strategic location to discover in a few minutes the most beautiful South coast areas of Menorca (beaches of Binisafua, Binidalí, Biniparratx, Cala Torret, Punta Prima, Cala Mesquida ...) with all the attractions of the capital city of Mahon and its lively harbour only a ten minute drive.

attractve property in an execelent location with a good sized pool

Very enjoyable villa with comfortable beds

Good shaded terrace but lots of space next to the pool for sun worshipers! and 8 sun loungers

Worth noting that the excellent sized pool does not have a shallow point

Generally well equipped - could make it more welcoming with bags for the rubbish - dishwasher tablets - a bottle of water, etc

Worth noting that the fourth bedroom - separate from the others - is some distance from the air conditioning units

Beautiful Villa

Six of us enjoyed a great holiday in this beautiful villa. Extremely well maintained and in a quiet location close to the local bars and restaurants. The whole area is immaculate and only a short walk to the local countryside. A great location for hiring bicycles as the quiet country lanes and town centre cycle paths made cycling seem very safe. I would definitely return to the island and the villa. For those not aware there is a new tourist tax which in this villa is €2 per day per person.

In an environment of absolute peacefulness and tranquility, but with all services at hand to enjoy a comfortable stay (supermarket with daily newspapers, bars and restaurants, children’s playground), our customers also have 2 minutes from the house sunbathing and swimming platforms ideal for diving, wonderful walks by the sea, tourist road train that connects Punta Prima and Binibeca, local bus to Sant Lluis and Mahon, etc.

But if you fancy taking the car and exploring the surroundings, we are also in a strategic location to discover the beautiful South Coast of Menorca (beaches such as Binisafua, Binidalí, Biniparratx, Cala Torret, Punta Prima, Cala Mesquida ...) with all the attractions of the capital city of Mahon and its lively harbour at a ten minute drive.
