Lilyfield is a spectacular newly built modern property set in an idyllic rural location in beautiful Speyside, Scotland. Situated close to Charlestown of Aberlour it offers spectacular views of Ben Rinnes and the surrounding countryside.

Sleeping 8 people in 3 king size and 1 twin room and with 3 bath/shower rooms in total it offers all the space and amenities for a comfortable stay for families or a group of friends.

The state of the art air source heating combined with heat recovery system means the property is really cosy all year round and the wood burning stove situated in the open-plan living area adds that extra element of comfort for those cold wintry nights.

It’s warmth, space, light and enclosed private garden offers all the privacy and tranquillity rural living gives. With many walks, villages, fishing, skiing and the famous Malt Whisky Trail right on your doorstep there are plenty of sights and activities to keep all ages amused.

Lilyfield is a 1.5 storey modern build property. You will enter via a spacious utility room comprising washing and drying facilities and a large area for shoes and coats. From here you will then enter into the open-plan living area comprising a well equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge. The full length south facing window wall offers spectacular views as well as making the most of every drop of sunlight.

Off the lounge there is the first king size bedroom with en-suite facilities. A second king size mezzanine style bedroom is located above the living area. Through a small corridor off the kitchen you will find a spacious twin room and shower room (not en-suite). Finally take the stairs up from the kitchen to find a third generous king size room and family bathroom.

Fantastic Five Star Accommodation

Last week we had five fantastic nights in this five star property. It was perfect in every way. The house and contents are absolutely stunning. Super cozy comfy beds. Underfloor heating. This is five star accommodation. The views are amazing from every window. Special mention should go to Claire for making our stay so perfect. Her communication before and during our stay was above and beyond what we expected.

Would we stay here again ? - oh yes we would!!!!

Would we recommend ? - oh yes we would!!!!!

We did not want to leave. Lilyfield is a hidden highland gem and we are so pleased we found it.

Amazimy! So impressed.

Thankyou so much for letting us stay here. Family of 8 with 2 under 10s. The property is truly amazing. So modern and perfect for the surroundings. The views are breathtaking from all rooms. 1 hour drive from lecht ski resort and some other amazing places. We would stay here again 100%.

Simply Stunning

Lilyfield is such a wonderful place. You are right on the Whiskey Trail and the drive to the property is beautiful.

The owners have thought of everything the layout is superb with beautiful open plan living offering you everything that you would need and more, the four bedrooms left my husband son and I spoilt for choice and they all have beautiful views our the the hills. The window across the front of the property provides you with the most breathtaking views.

Everything is top spec, down to the cooking utensils, coffee machine, cushions and decoration. The underfloor heating was very welcomed in the cold November air.

You feel perfectly remote however Aberlour is only 5 mins drive away and it offers everything from a pub, co-op which is open til 10 pm and post office.

We can definitely recommend the Mash Tuna and for those of you that like a whisky there are 150 to choose from!

I must give slecial thanks to claire who made our trip increbly easy by lending us a travel cot, high chair, bath mat and not just a few toys but a trunk full of toys! Which kept our 15 month old perfectly entertained. So a HUGE THANK YOU.

We can not recommend Lilyfield enough and if ever are in Scotland would definitely return, just beautiful.

Family get together.

What can I say, everything was just perfect and so well thought out. We had a fantastic 3 days very comfortable & would love to return for longer.

There was loads of room for 8 and enough bathrooms which is a must when a groups staying. Thanks for everything.
