great vacation. The house was exactly what we were looking for.

  • 5 of 5

The house was perfect for our two week stay in Scotland. We were looking for someplace to act as a base for our travels through Scotland. It is in a small, friendly town within doing distance of all the places we wanted to see. The two bedrooms were far enough apart to offer privacy but a great kitchen to plan our next day. Although we didn't cook our meals there it was obviously an enjoyable room to spend time.

We would happily stay in "Lilybank" and the town of Killean again if we visit Scotland.

Thanks Ken and Caroline for the opportunity to share your home.

A very homely, comfortable cottage.

  • 5 of 5

A very warm and friendly greeting upon our arrival from Ken and Caroline. We were treated to a cold and tasty bottle of white wine and a pretty vase of daffodils. What a lovely couple. The cottage was spotlessly clean and warm with an interesting array of ornaments from around the world. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house and would not hesitate to revisit if ever we visit Scotland again. We have already recommended it to friends who have shown an interest in the area. Thank you Ken and Caroline for letting us experience a stay in your fantastic cottage. Nigel and Denise Walmsley.. Cosy and characterful

  • 5 of 5

This cottage is very cosy and comfortable, full of character and interest, and with all the mod cons that you might need! We enjoyed 3 course breakfasts - very handy having the coop just a minutes' walk away and we also enjoyed aga toast! The beds were comfy so we slept very well indeed. The hosts are helpful and friendly and we hope to return in future!

  • 5 of 5

Vielen Dank! Wir hoffen bald wieder zurückzukommen.

Liebe Grüße von

Familie Müller
