Why Andrew Tolman chose Minehead
I bought this cottage because of its ideal location close to the beach and Exmoor. It has ample parking and is great for families or small groups.
What makes this Cottage unique
Lovely period cottage with loads of private gated parking. It like a tardis much bigger inside than it looks outside. Small warm court yard to relax in,

Minehead flint cottage
Sweet little property ideally located for shops, pubs and the beach. Well equipped kitchen etc brilliant to have off road parking. Property manager very attentive
Exmore Stone Cottage - Recommended
Andrew has clearly put in a serious effort into making Exmore Stone Cottage a good holiday let, and he went out of his way to make accommodations for us.
All the appliances, TV cable , Wifi worked well, and the cottage was noticeably clean and well maintained. The location is very close to the main shopping street in Minehead and hiking trails in the area are absolutely superb. The only reservation was that I wish Andrew's cottage was on the other side of Blenheim Gardens towards the hill - but considering the cost, I would certainly recommend Andrew's Exmore Stone Cottage.
It was lovely to have Paul and his family to stay in our Holiday Cottage!
Paul I too would love if my Holiday Cottage was the other side of Blenheim Gardens and nearer the sea! :-)
Exmoor Cottage, Minehead
Lovely cottage well prepared and presented. Off street parking a big plus in a town setting. The easy access to the town and beach are useful. Good scope for walks. A myriad of attractions around. Many a National Trust property and stunning garden. Exmoor itself and the coastal villages are excellent. And ....don’t forget.... the steam railway which for us filled in the one wet day..
Good experience which we would certainly recommend..
Cosy bolt hole well situated within easy reach of Exmoor
Fabulously well equipped & cosy cottage within walking distance of the seafront & shops of Minehead. All amenities provided for a great family break . A chilly & wet Easter weekend more than compensated for by the comforts provided. Comfy beds, centrally heated with spacious kitchen , family bathroom & upstairs toilet more than adequate for 3 adults & 2 kids.
Easy driving distance for the delights of Exmoor, Lynton & Lynmouth, Dunster Castle & Butlins with all its attractions. We shall certainly return & thanks for the hospitality .
We are glad you had a great stay despite the in clement weather unusual for this area, its nice to know that all the effort we have put into our holiday cottage is so worth while. We try hard to ensure all our visitors have a great experience in this lovely part of England and that our cottage is the perfect location for either a family beach holiday or those wishing to enjoy a good ramble across the moor. Thank you for a lovely review and for leaving our cottage in such a tidy & clean condition which is much appreciated.
We would of course love you to visit again.
Very convenient for town centre and beach easy parking well equiped.
We all enjoyed our stay.
Quaint cottage surprisingly spacious!
This cottage is situated in a quiet road but within easy walking distance to the beach, shops and local amenities. It has two generous parking spaces which is a bonus and a small but ample back garden which would be a nice place to sit when the weather is nice.
The cottage itself is charming and nicely decorated and furnished, all the bedrooms were of a decent size and the extra ensuite is useful upstairs. The kitchen is well equipped for simple cooking and there is plenty of hot water.
Although we were working throughout our stay, we enjoyed coming back to the cottage over the 7 days we were there. Andrew made sure we had everything we needed and was easy to contact when we needed him.
We will certainly be interested in booking this accommodation again and hopefully next time we can also enjoy the surrounding area at our leisure too. Porlock is well worth a visit and the coastline and hills are stunning.
I can not recommend this property enough, it was absolutely lovely.
It was a pleasure having your group to stay, your more than welcome to visit us again.
Thank you for leaving the cottage so clean & tidy.
