This spectacular residence was built using only the very best quality materials and accommodates up to ten guests.

Situated in the green belt area of Crestatx the house is air conditioned and it has five large bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Although located in a very quiet residential zone the house is a 5min drive from the highways that link all four corners of Mallorca.

Built on a tree lined street, the property is accessed via large gates and has secured parking for several cars.

The house is surrounded by beautifully kept mature gardens.

The rectangular swimming pool is set amongest the lawn and has a paved solarium equipped with ten sun loungers.

Close to the pool is a covered terrace furnished with a sofa and easy chairs.

The interior of the property will delight clients looking for superior holiday accommodation. Maintained in immaculate condition, it abounds with an eclectic mix of furnishings and artwork.

The impressive hallway leads to an open light filled living area with a high beamed ceiling.

The raised lounge area has a feature chimney, wifi, satellite TV and a couple of comfy sofas. It has access to a large balcony which is furnished with a dining suite and offers views over the garden to the pool area.

Just below is the dining area which is furnished with a large dining suite which can comfortably accommodate ten diners.

Close by is the extremely well equipped kitchen.

The master bedroom suite has a kingsized bed and offers direct access to the balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. The en suite bathroom is huge and beautiful! There is a large walk in shower, double hand basins and a glass sided jacuzzi corner bath.

A large twin bedded room has views to the gardens.

On the lower level are three good sized bedrooms all equipped with kingsized beds. All three have direct access to the gardens and pool area. As with the rest of the house these bedrooms are beautifully furnished and offer every comfort.

The bedrooms are served by three beautifully designed bathrooms one of which has a full sized tub with shower over.
