Create childhood memories, celebrate life with a loved one, or relax and unwind in this beautiful, owner managed 1144 sq ft condo. With a cozy, relaxed atmosphere, convenient private parking and breath taking views of the beach, you'll slip into vacation mode almost immediately. From the fully furnished kitchen to the comfortably appointed family room and bedrooms, the owners have taken care of all the extras, so all you need to do is enjoy yourself. With 2 Olympic sized pools (one of which is heated) on site in addition to a kiddy pool, hot tub room, snack shack, tennis courts, shuffleboard and more, there is plenty of fun to be had. Beach chairs and umbrellas are included, as well as WIFI and basic cable. From sunrise to sunset, it's the ideal way to experience Panama City Beach.

Master bedroom has one king bed, 2nd bedroom has two double beds. Family room has sofa bed. Two full bathrooms, full kitchen, washer/dryer. Balcony, which looks out over pools and beach, has access from both the living room and master bedroom.

About Devonne O'Gorman

We are three sisters, currently hailing from Wisconsin and Minnesota! Our maternal grandfather came to the US from Germany in the early 1920's. He wooed our grandmother, still in Germany, through the mail and then sponsored her to come to the US, where they wed in DeFuniak Springs, Florida in 1929. They moved to Milwaukee and started their family, though they kept their beautiful farm in DeFuniak (which they eventually gave to their oldest daughter). We sisters spent a lot of time on that farm and on the sugar sand beaches near Seagrove when we visited our Aunt in Florida. When we were children, the beaches were public and undeveloped. Can you imagine? Or maybe you can even remember this yourself?!

Why Devonne O'Gorman chose Panama City Beach

We love this part of Florida, and still have family in the area. There is nothing like a peaceful morning run on the beach as the chairs and umbrellas are quietly being set up, followed by breakfast on the balcony watching the dolphins cruise by. When our kids were young, they loved building sand castles in the afternoon while we adults alternated between sun-bathing and playing with them in the waves. The luxury of an evening stroll along the beach as the sun sets in amazing hues of pink and purple can't be fathomed until seen. And, don't forget your flashlight for night time walks where ghostly white crabs can be seen hurriedly scuttling by!

What makes this condo unique

We just purchased a second condo at Regency Towers in April of 2016! It is located on the 12th floor.

Nice condo

I was very impressed with the room. The only downfall was the location...otherwise is further away from everything than I thought, but other than that, we were pleased.

Stayed in better

Master bed was very comfortable, recliner in living room was a nice touch, and the beach service was certainly a plus. Unfortunately, the unit, especially the floors and balcony could have been much cleaner, ice maker was broken and pools we filthy.

It was a great place to stay! We definitely will rent here again when in Panama!

We had a great stay! It was the best condo we've stayed in yet out of all the vacations we've taken thus far. It was clean & cozy! Our condo was 615. We found ourselves staying in more than going out my guess is that it was just because it was more comfortable! Being we stayed in more we got more of a chance to relax & rest which was really needed!! We will definitely be back & will hopefully rent the same condo as we know the owner is great to deal with & that the place is well taken care of. Recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful place to stay!

We loved the condo, it has everything you need in it. Plenty of room and the beds were all comfortable. We actually got married on the beach behind the condo and this will become our come back place for our vacations every year. The pools were great, and the beach is awesome!

Potentially a preferred place to stay

Nice pools. We liked the cabana area. Good food from cabana with satisfactory service. It was convenient being able to by cocktails at the pool. Live music was awesome. Resort location was also a plus.

Some small changes would have made a huge difference in our stay. Elevator situation is horrible, and you know that. Knowing that, why has the problem not been resolved. There is plenty of room for more elevators. No REAL luggage carts? Room was relatively clean but,,,,, master bed needs to be trashed; sliding door to patio needs to be fixed; ice maker leaked creating a mess which required clean-up approximately twice per day.

If more elevators were installed, I'd definitely stay here again. The other issues are somewhat petty but can make a big difference with customer satisfaction.

Easy & Enjoyable

We had a wonderful experience staying in this unit at Regency Towers! Everything was exactly as stated and pictured on this site. This unit was a great location - on the beach and in the condominium complex. Two of the best perks of renting this unit were the beach chairs & umbrella that were including in our rental and the quick & courteous communication with the owner!!
