This is a beautiful executive apartment with a downtown location. It is within a 1 mile walking distance of everything downtown in friendly neighborhood. You can walk or bike to many attractions and restaurants. It is also close to the free electric downtown shuttle as well as the Chattanooga bike kiosk. It is a luxuriously designed historic flat that incorporates convenience and comfort with warmth and character.

This Victorian condo is one of many that the owner has restored in downtown Chattanooga. Other homes by the owner were featured on HGTV and in 'Southern Living Magazine'. Any visitor will enjoy the quality and style that this dwelling provides.

This beautiful space is located one of the oldest neighborhoods in downtown Chattanooga. The neighborhood is a short walk to all of downtown Chattanooga and its sites. The neighborhood is beside UTC and Erlanger Hospital and close to Miller Plaza. The owner has multiple vacation rental properties within a 2 block walk.

The apartment has all of the character of a turn of the century Victorian, but incorporates a modern style that allows a relaxing and comfortable experience. The stylish design is completed with modern art. It has one bedroom with ample storage. There is a cozy den with large TV and Netflix/DVD as well as a stylish and comfortable living room for lounging. It has a farm table that can easily be used for dining or there are stools at the counter for a quick meal. There are luxurious linens that allow for comfortable sleep away from home.

The bedroom effortlessly accommodates two people. There is an inflatable queen mattress that can sleep another couple of guests if desired. The bath has a tub/shower combo and is off of the bedroom. There is a cozy front porch with swing to relax. There is also a small private porch off of the bedroom.

The homes location allows quick and easy access for business travelers or visitors to any of the local businesses, preparatory schools, hospitals, or UTC. For less than the cost of any local downtown hotel you have the comfort and privacy of a 800 sq. ft. in this apartment. You can enjoy all of the downtown and riverfront sites and activities with ease. This apartment is a perfect and affordable executive rental. It is also a legal nightly rental.

You may enter with the ease of a lock box and never wait in a line. It is a perfect place to rest and relax while enjoying all of Chattanooga's amazing attractions. Leave your car parked in the off street parking beside the apartment and walk or bike all over our vibrant downtown. Either way, driving is only minutes.

This is a quaint but vital neighborhood that has diversity and a real sense of community. I can walk and run anywhere in the vibrant downtown Chattanooga. The convenience of this neighborhood makes for a wonderful stay here in Chattanooga.

This apartment feels like a house and has a great location for all that Chattanooga has to offer. It is very urban but also a real neighborhood. It has character as well as modern convenience. This place is a perfect executive rental downtown.

Wonderful, clean, and modern apartment

Not only is this apartment in a great location, it's beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean, and quiet. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer! If we ever find ourselves in Chattanooga again (which we hope to!) we will most certainly be staying here!! Bonus: delicious pumpkin bread welcomed us for the weekend!

Great little one-bedroom close to downtown Chattanooga

This is a great little apartment. We were very comfortable, and the location is close to downtown. The one bedroom is nicely decorated, and the bed is comfortable. Our adult daughters were comfortable on the queen-sized air mattress that we set up in the living room. The kitchen is functional and adorable. There is a fair amount of road noise, which is not a problem in the bedroom, but can be a problem in the living room. There is a small fan that helps to create some white noise. Our only complaint was the amenities list included a dvd player, so we brought a couple of favorite dvds, but there is no dvd player. The owner does provide a netflix account, though, but it would be good if the dvd player were removed from the amenties list. We would definitely stay here again.

Stylish, thoughtful and responsive owner

This owner really has a great sense of style and this unit is lovely! She pays attention to details that make the stay great: a brita pitcher of cold water in the fridge, amazon/netflix on the tvs, a well appointed kitchen and nice toiletries. I did notice some cleaning details that I shared with the owner, who was gracious and positive about tending to those things and so I would be glad to rent again in the future. We really enjoyed the location's close proximity to our uptown happenings, taking walks in the historic neighborhood adjoining and eating at some of the recommended restaurants in the unit's info binder.

Decent place to stay Chattanooga

With our first night stay, another tenant in the building had a large dog that barked repeatedly starting around 4 AM on the back porch which is where our bedroom is located. It was impossible to sleep after 4 AM. To the renter's credit, she refunded our first night's stay and ensured that the other tenant took care of the dog situation for the remainder of our stay, which I thought warranted 3 stars.

Everything else is exactly as described by the renter. She really operates a good rental business in Chattanooga.

Owner's Response: I appreciate your kind words about my rental and understand the lower review in terms of the noise the first night. I always try to have a happy guest that enjoys the property and their stay. I hand pick my tenants and try to insure a quiet and respectful neighborhood. Unfortunately this tenant brought home a stray dog that night to take the next morning to a dog rescue. It was a poor choice on his part and caused discomfort to the neighbors that night. I have since had verbal and written communication about the incident. It has been quiet since. I hope that if you ever find yourself here again, you will come back. Thank you, Jo Beth

Beautiful, clean apartment

We just returned home from staying at this beautiful flat. It was perfect. The location was great. The apartment was so clean and modern. We brought our daughter with us and used the air mattress, as well. There was plenty of room in the family room and it was great to have two TV's and room to spread out. We will definitely be back!

Excellent Accommodations in an Excellent Location!

We wanted for nothing while we were at this home. Everything was clean, in working order, and very aesthetically pleasing. As a designer/artist, I especially appreciated the beauty and attention to detail that the owner has taken with this unit - many lovely paintings and objects of art. The location was perfect! We had never visited Chattanooga before and were blown away at the ease with which we got to every other major part of town. All of the touristy things were great, but one additional lucky find was the street art/murals up and down McCallie. What a wonderful urban rennaissance that is going on there in the Highland Park area. We will be back!
