About the property

Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

My home is a cosy 2 bedroom basement flat with a small terrace. It’s in the heart of Fulham - just 8 minutes walk to the shops, restaurants and transport links of Fulham Broadway. To the front of the flat there’s a light, bright kitchen/living area leading on to the 2 double bedrooms and separate bathroom.

The Space:

KITCHEN/DINING/LIVING AREA

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob and oven, fridge, freezer, washer-dryer and dishwasher. Guests are very welcome to make use of anything they fancy, including the Nespresso machine (which I leave fully supplied with pods) - so you can be sure to get a great cup of coffee whenever you fancy! There’s also a selection of teas to choose from.

BEDROOM 1

This is a nice bright room that’s basically furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and a chair. There are built-in wardrobes, so ample storage room for guests.

BEDROOM 2

This bedroom leads out to the terrace at the back of the flat, where a lovely bistro table and two chairs sit in a suntrap - great for a coffee on a summers day! There’s a really comfortable futon sofa bed that’s perfect for a couple. Storage is minimal, but I’ve put in a hanging rail for guests to use.

BATHROOM

The modern and warm bathroom is in the centre of the flat. There’s a bath (with a shower over the bath), a toilet and a basin. Fluffy towels and toiletries are all provided.

Guest Access:

Guests have complete access to the apartment. Additionally I’ve arranged for a concierge service to be available to you throughout your stay, providing you with free, on-demand support for booking housekeeping services, restaurants, tickets to shows…or anything else you might fancy! I hope that this will help you get even more out of your stay. Full details will be provided at check-in.

Interaction with Guests:

When I’m not there, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company who I’ve engaged to look after you in my absence. They are on call to attend to your every need, as I would be.

The Neighborhood:

Fulham is a very cosmopolitan residential area, really popular with young professionals and families. It typifies West London living. There’s a buzzing community with loads of great restaurants, bars and shops around Fulham Broadway and Parson’s Green. Of particular note is the excellent White Horse pub!

Getting Around:

From Fulham Broadway or Parsons Green tube station (7 mins walk) you can easily get to Notting Hill, Kensington, Chelsea, Westminster or the West End as well as Wimbledon.

Please note: our standard check in times are between 3pm - 10pm. Check out is by 10am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee.

Cosy and affordable flat in Fulham

Bel appartement dans un quartier résidentiel très sympa. Dommage que ce soit tenu par une agence.

L'appartement est très bien. Le quartier est calme. Il se trouve à 10 bonnes minutes de la station Fulham Broadway. Dommage que ce soit une agence qui gère car les contacts sont restés professionnels mais il n'y a rien pour les touristes, aucun conseils.
