After a few conversations with owner, I was reimbursed my deposit. The area is very quiet and there is much to do enjoyable.
I and family enjoyed our vacation Outside of this cottage. We are accused of breakin g the bath door., when in fact it had a broken side peice and scraped the floor on our arrival, everytme one had to open or close it. There was no air conditioning . This house was built very cheaply, we tried to make the best of it. The main problem is that the owner will not refund our deposit, claiming we broke the door , a cheap hollow swollen door. I will not recommend this to anyone. Asit is unacceptable and inexcusable.
Kevin and Lynn owner answered any question we had plenty room for six adults close to town very peaceful nice fireplace could also walk to town nice deck to sit on at dusk very clean and spacious would definitely come back also do not be afraid to come in the fall cottage has plenty of heat highly recommend this cottage
We had a wonderful autumn weekend. The cottage was clean and well-supplied. Plenty of room for two families with young kids. We enjoyed the fire pit out back and watching a movie in the spacious living room. Great location near town and the boats to all the sights. Owner was very communicative and responded immediately to questions during visit.
Great location on a quiet road. Easy walk to downtown Alex Bay. Owners were friendly and responsive to any questions. Big open living room and nice size deck. Would definitely come back again.
This camp was exactly how it was portrayed. Near the Carnagie Bay, Our boys (15 and 11) loved to go down to the docks and fish. Not alot of boat traffic near camp which made it peaceful. We walked to the village to shop and eat. Is a great location. Everything you need is close by. And the camp has everything you need. Just pack your clothes and cooler and head to the bay for relaxing drinks on the wrap around deck or docks. Only downfall was, not really a spot for swimming. But close enough to towns swimming area. And a beautiful state park 5 minutes away by car. Has a decent size yard. Fire pit is a shared one. Owner's were kind and near by if needed.
