Schöne große Villa in Flughafennähe

Die Villa war sauber und geräumig, es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Was auch toll war, es gab Feigen- und Limettenbäume, an denen man sich nach Herzenslust bedienen durfte. Von der Villa aus war man ganz schnell mit dem Auto am Flughafen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren auch schnell zu erreichen. Den Punktabzug gibt es nur, weil das Objekt direkt neben dem Flughafengelände lag und es vorher nicht ersichtlich war.

Gerne empfehlen wir die Villa weiter!

The villa is located in the southern part of the island in a quiet residential area but at the same time very close to the beaches, shops and restaurants, 5 min drive.

The villa has a great location with easy access to major roads to discover the wonderful island of Ibiza.

The villa is located in the south of Ibiza.

Near Sa Caleta is a small cove, while Cavallet nude beach is a beautiful sandy beach overlooking Formentera.

The famous beach Las Salinas is also nearby.

Cala d'en Serra on the north coast near Portinatx is a beautiful cove unfrequented.

Aguas Blancas, on the northeast coast, has a fantastic beach bar where they serve delicious caipirinhas and steak sandwiches.

Cala Jondal, in the east, is famous for its seafood restaurants.

The property is also close to the city of Ibiza and the white city of San Jose, with its whitewashed streets and relaxed atmosphere. Discover this beautiful Ibizan town with the oldest bars in Ibiza and the most amazing tapas restaurant I've had on the island.

The magical island of Ibiza is full of surprises and contrasts.

On the one hand the quiet countryside and beautiful scenery with sandy beaches and turquoise waters.

On the other hand, a world of fun and glamor, in fact Ibiza is world famous for its glamorous nightlife. In Ibiza are the most famous clubs in the world like Space, Privilege and Pacha.

The multicultural landscape that walks through the Port of Ibiza and the well-known Café del Mar, where the chill out music was created are obliged points on the island.

All this combined with great weather throughout the year have made this island a unique place in the world.

The villa is located in south of the island. It is conveniently situated close to the airport, Ibiza town and the best beaches in the island: such as Cala Jondal, Sa Caleta, Playa d'en Bossa and Las Salinas. Deep Turquoise waters and powdery white sands: a true paradise. They are 3-5 at minute driving distance. Restaurants and other recreational facilities are nearby.

Nearby Sa Caletta there is a little cove, while Es Cavallet nudist beach is a beautiful sandy stretch with views to Formentera.

Also Las Salinas beach is near the villa and it is a hotspot of gorgeous people.

North-coast Cala d'en Serra, near Portinatx, is a well-kept secret.

Aguas Blancas on the northeast coast has a great beach bar serving caipirinhas and steak sandwiches.

Cala Jondal in the east is Famous for its seafood restaurants.

In Ibiza Town you can stroll through the winding lanes of the Port area, soaking up the vibrant, atmosphere of Ibiza by night; wander up through the cobbled streets of the Old Town to admire the stunning views across the bay; browse through the many and varied stalls and designer shops; dine in one of the many restaurants, for a moment of blissful calm amidst the action; you can even catch a ferry to Formentera or the NEIGHBOURING beaches.
