One of these also has an en-suite shower room. Completing the accommodation is a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside there is ample off road parking and a rear patio with a hot tub. Heron provides lovely, flexible accommodation in a stunning location.

Today's village is a thriving, small community with several good pubs serving fine ale and excellent food, a scatteriang of small shops and a delightful golf course surrounded by breathtaking countryside. Nearby Bolton Abbey is one of the region's most scenic areas and the walk along the river to the 'Strid' is a must.
