About the property

Nice apartment design, spacious and bright, fully equipped ready to go, overlooking the sea and green areas, located in a quiet residential area, next to several golf courses, a 1-minute drive from the beach and 15 minutes from Marbella . You can also go to the beach walking, it is a pleasant walk of about 10 minutes. You have supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants within 3 minutes.

The hotel is practically new. It is very spacious, bright, simple, elegant and noiseless. Fully equipped, with two bedrooms, one with access to the terrace, two bathrooms, one en suite, hall, living room, kitchen, and a large terrace. Wooden floor. Windows and doors with double glazing. It is a third floor to the first floor and parking on the street. Very well lit throughout the day, morning sun and afternoon. Facing south-east. Sea views. Marbella and near the airport.

very quiet, closed and secure complex. In the complex you can make use of the pool (summer season), gardens and parking, which is communal and outdoor but closed. I offer my guests cleaning products, body wash, towels and clean sheets (only on arrival). Also stuffed with Nordic blankets and winter season. They can enjoy microwaves and other electro and kitchen utensils. I also offer you optional extras to make things easier, relieve discomfort and increase enjoyment: airport pick-up service (ask for prices) and laundry service (ask for prices). I can also get you a crib (ask for prices).

I personally or a person of my confidence will accompany you on your arrival to make sure that everything is to your liking and attend all your doubts and needs. Tell me what you need to enjoy your trip to the fullest, and I'll provide this for you. If you want I can give you recommendations. Although if you prefer to privacy do not worry, your privacy is assured.

The property is located in a nice complex with several golf courses and a beautiful coastal path along the sea which I recommend you do not leave without visiting. Just three minutes walking you have several bars and restaurants, varied shops and playgrounds. There are nearby beautiful beaches are within 10 minutes or 1 minute drive. The area is also ideal for excursions, such as the famous "Caminito del Rey", in Malaga, as a 40-minute drive, or "The climb to La Concha", a quarter of an hour. Marbella Puerto Banus and the glamorous are just 15 minutes drive, Malaga airport 30 minutes, Gibraltar and Granada 1 hour to 2 hours. Different theme parks such as Tivoli, Selwo Marina, Selwo Adventure, and many more, half an hour far from the apartment.

The bus stop nearest taxi and are about 10 minutes walk. I can also ask a whenever you need it and will pick you up at the apartment taxi. If you bring car you can park in the private parking of the complex at no cost to you. There are several Rent a Car in the area.

In the living room there is the photography table, but there is now a table for 4-6 guests, otherwise everything is exactly as it appears in the images.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. Everything was as described. From our initial contact the owner Manu was excellent; prompt, professional and very helpful. The apartment does not have air conditioning which in summer time is really essential, it is also quite a walk to the beach. However for the price we felt it was very good value for money.

Staying in this apartment was such a nice experience! Despite, if driving being able to get around to places a bit more or quicker, the public transport (every half an hour) was brilliant and was definitely just as good as driving! Everything about the apartment was beautiful from the bedrooms to the lovely balcony outside where you can eat and have breakfast or what tickles your fancy with the stunning views 😍😍😍🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone however if unable to walk unaided it might be easier to find a more accessible access to and from apartment as there is a hill you have to go up to and down to get to the bus stop! The area is beautiful, even just to go for walks or just to stroll along the beach which is literally right near the bus stop! (The walk from the apartment to bus stop is about 10/15 min) The owner was very friendly and kind and was always on the other end if we needed any help which was very nice to know!😀
