Less expensive than a hotel, and you have lots of space to enjoy your time in The Villages! Four seater gas golf cart is included!

Our home has been professionally furnished and decorated. Its excellent location is walking distance to the Manatee recreation center, or just a short ride to Brownwood Square where you can enjoy great dining, shopping and nightly entertainment. At the Manatee Recreation Center you will find a family pool, billiards room, shuffleboard courts, bocce ball, horseshoe pits, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and so much more!

Our Jasmine model home is ready for you to enjoy. The amenities include:

-Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with table for 4.

-Dining table with additional seating for 4, can seat 6.

-Master bedroom includes a king size bed, walk-in closet, and a 40” TV.

-Master bath has double sinks, linen closet, and walk-in tiled shower.

-Guest bedroom is complete with queen bed, dresser, night stands and a 32" TV.

-3rd bedroom is set up with two twin beds and a 32" TV.

-Inside laundry has a high efficiency Maytag washer & dryer, large closet, and sink.

-Living room is open with plenty of comfortable seating, a 55" TV, Blu-ray player, and Apple TV.

-Bed linens, blankets, and towels are supplied for your convenience.

All utilities, cable TV (including DVR), trash, lawn service, and internet are included.

Temporary resident IDs are not included the cost is $50.00 payable to The Villages when you arrive. Guest passes are free.

Owner will provide potential guests with a quote outlining all expenses as well as the lease agreement. The lease agreement is to be printed off, signed and returned to owner. Pricing given is for 2 adults. Only those listed on the lease may stay at the home. All guests require prior approval. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Approved guests staying with monthly tenants for two weeks or more will be an additional charge, there is no extra charge for additional guests for weekly rentals. As a reminder, our home is smoke and pet free.

Rental policy:

Half of rental price (non-refundable if unit cannot be re-rented), $125.00 cleaning fee and a $350.00 ($750.00 for monthly rentals) refundable security deposit due within 7 days of booking. Balance of rental price due 30 days (60 days for monthly rental) prior to occupancy.

Security deposit returned within 14 days of departure.

Rentals will be assessed a 9% Florida Sales Tax.

Monthly Rates are based on 2 person occupancy

Check-in 3:00pm Check-out 10:00am

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.

Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.

We have lived in Hudson, Ohio for the last 11 years, and hope to someday soon live in the Villages! Before living in Hudson, we lived in Simsbury, Connecticut for 15 years. I grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia and John grew up in Ledyard, Connecticut.

We purchased in the Villages after having traveled here to visit family many times. We love the location of this property. Walking distance to the pool and just a short golf cart ride to Brownwood and shopping. It just feels like vacation everyday!

What makes this house unique

We love the layout of the house, everything about it makes us happy. Having the guest bedrooms separated from the master makes it so comfortable to have guests anytime.

Wonderful Property - Great Location

This house has it all! Location is great for Brownwood, family pool and several golf courses. The house is VERY clean and extremely well organized. It is stocked with far more than I've ever seen at a rental unit and has many more personal touches as if you were in a hotel. We appreciated the golf cart as well as wifi, and netflix. Lisa was quick to answer questions and flexible with some changes we needed to make. Will definitely stay here again our next trip!

Amazing!

Absolutely Outstanding!!!

We stayed here a week while visiting family who live close by. The house was clean, comfortable and very spacious. ALL the amenities we could possible need were supplied, labeled and easily found. The provided golf cart allowed us to quickly and easily visit family, shop and enjoy the town squares.

We would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Villages.

Great location & beautiful home

Very nice home in s great location to Brownwood & Eisenhower. Manatee & Dunedin were very close too & we enjoy their amenities as well. We traveled around in the provided golf cart to lunch or dinner everyday! So much fun. The house was very well organized and everything was labeled and easy to use & find! Fantastic place to stay!

We recently stayed over the Fourth of July week, and had a wonderful time! The house is beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable. Everything is so easy to find in the house, and Lisa and John have written the book on how to be fantastic hosts! Everything is documented in case you have any questions, and they are easy to contact if necessary. The location was so perfect - pool and rec center close by, close to Brownwood, and easy to get on the highway for a quick trip to Orlando! They made our stay so perfect, and we would recommend this to anyone! We hope to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful rental

We stayed for the month of June so we could have our grandchildren visit. The home was so well stocked and organized. The home was spotless and the location was perfect, close to Brownwood and a beautiful golf cart ride to Sumter. I would definitely recommend this home and would rent again in the future if we haven't purchased our own home in the Villages.

Approved guests staying with monthly tenants for more than two weeks will be an additional charge of $100.00 per person for each month, there is no extra charge additional guests for weekly rentals. As a reminder, our home is smoke and pet free.

Our preferred method of payment is "echeck", personal check or Chase QuickPay. Credit card payments will be assessed a 2.9% (U.S.) transaction fee on the total amount. Foreign credit cards (outside the U.S.) will be assessed a 4.9% transaction fee.

Rental policy:

50% of rental price (non-refundable if unit cannot be re-rented) and a $750 ($350 for weekly rental) refundable security deposit due within 7 days of booking. Balance of rental price plus any credit card transaction fees, if applicable, is due 60 days (30 days for weekly rental) prior to occupancy.
