I am a Realtor that has specialized in the Management Single Family since 1977. I fell into vacation rentals by offering my homes for short term, vacation & corporate housing some years ago. I immediately booked beyond my wildest imagination. Because I am a small company and have 100% occupancy I am able to travel quite a bit and really enjoy my semi-retirement. This is a picture on me at the black sand beach in Hawaii.

The two bedroom, two bathroom condo is well equipped and comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms have good storage in vintage 1990 cabinetry. Overall the location is tranquil because the dead end street does not get any traffic. The street connects with US Route 19 which is the main north-south road. It is a very busy road with 24/7 traffic. Fortunately, the Vista Hotel blocks most of the road noise.
The end of a short canal from Lake Tarpon is the water view facing north from the living room. That makes the living area quite dark during the day. The bedrooms are sunny as is the screen porch on the parking lot.
Palm Harbor is between Tarpon Springs and Dunedin both charming villages with excellent restaurants.
The first thing I would point out is that T.J., the owner, could not have been more friendly or accommodating. He responded quickly and accurately to aIl of our questions and never game me the impression that we were fending for ourselves. If something came up, he was quick with a reply; it was a pleasure to rent from him.
Second is the quality of the condo. It was clean, well supplied and big enough for our family to enjoy a full week without any space issues. The development is quiet and handy to everything in the Tampa Bay area. Food (groceries and restaurants), entertainment and the beaches are all short drives away (food was about a half-mile down the road). We made use of the two screened porches and the reserved parking is right in front of the unit. The filtered water, free wi-fi and fishing pole were added bonuses! I really can't think of anything that we thought should be there but wasn't. Bring your own beach towels, food and disposables, and this property has the rest. I would recommend it to anyone who asks.
I recently drove down to Florida with my brother on short notice and was accommodated by the owner to stay at this condo. I was familiar with the complex already so I was happy to be able to stay there again. The unit is well furnished and there are two screened in patios as a bonus. The owner was prompt on responding to questions or concerns and quite friendly and accommodating. Although there was a slight glitch, it was handled immediately. Great location and wonderful pool/hot tub area. Definetly would stay here again.
Our family of five (plus one dog) stayed in this practical condo for three solid weeks, happily. The condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a nice little screened in room out back which is facing a canal, a fully-stocked kitchen as far as pots, pans, and dishes go, and a comfy little living area with a large flatscreen for TV time or just hanging out. The owner was very prompt and helpful with any questions or concerns. The shared pool for this nice condos-area was a good size, surrounded by nice tropical foliage and loungers, and perfect for cooling off or relaxing. We would stay in this condo again.
Johns Pass (fishing charters), Clearwater Marine Aquarium (home of Winter), Tarpon Springs, Inverness & Mangrove Bay, Cypress Links and Twin Brooks golf.

For stays of less than 7 nights the rate is $150.00 per night (3 night minimum). You will need to call me as VRBO "Book It" will not figure stays of less than one week. Reservations are not confirmed until reservation request is submitted & deposit paid, a $200 booking deposit is required.
