Pelican Ridge is a beautiful newly built modern styled Villa located high on the hillside overlooking Willoughby Bay entrance with its beautiful natural reef. The villa is a luxurious 6 bedroom, 2 storey design built to encompass the trade winds and the outstanding view. The property is decorated with a modern clean feel in mind and benefits from all the conveniences expected from a rental villa of this calibre. All 6 bedrooms in the main house are accompanied by an en-suite shower with rainflow technology. Pelican Ridge is located just a few minutes drive from English Harbour, home of Antigua Sailing Week, Antigua Classic Regatta and the Caribbean RORC 600 amongst other major international regattas and boat shows.

The outside areas are generously appointed with a multitude of different seating areas to relax on. The beautifully shaped pool on the main terrace has a spectacular view looking out over Willoughby Bay. There is a custom outdoor barbecue/cooking area made by local bespoke company 'Antigua Outdoor Kitchens'. There's a balcony adjoining the 1st floor master bedroom and a six person Jacuzzi on an adjacent balcony. All 4 bedrooms on the ground floor have walk out access to the terrace area affording fantastic views over the bay. The villa has Free WIFI throughout and Cable television in every bedroom, the kitchen and the main lounge area. The kitchen has all the appliances one could desire including a wine cooler. There is a separate laundry room to the rear of the property.

The owners of the property are now able to offer car hire at exclusive rates to any persons renting the house. Details available upon request

Great vacation villa; great location

We stayed in this villa in April 2018 and it was everything that is depicted in the pictures. The bedrooms were private and clean. Each bedroom had it's own private bathroom making it perfect for larger groups. The common spaces were very comfortable and spacious and well appointed. And the deck and pool area were AMAZING; the views outstanding. We loved the location as well- very close to English Harbor and Falmouth. We rented a car, which would definitely be recommended. Our only complaint is that it didn't have a beach umbrella and/or chairs to take to the beach. Other than that, it deserves a rating of 5 stars; the house was beautiful!

Gorgeous Property

I stayed at this property in Willoughby bay for 8 days with a group of my cousins and it was absolutely amazing. The views were amazing and the property was stunning. The property was secluded and quiet and the natural light coming in from all the large windows and doors was fantastic. I would 100% recommend this property to everyone I know. The only minor issue was the driveway up to the property could be a little dangerous for those who are not used to driving on the left side of the road and a barrier or railing of some kind would be helpful, but otherwise the property was fantastic. Super spacious and modern interior, if you're thinking of staying here book it now.

It doesn't get better than Pelican Ridge!

The photos on the site do not do this house justice. It is extraordinary! Not to be outdone by the view, the house has great amenities, from original artwork to high quality furnishings, linens, and towels. The property is very clean and expertly managed by Wilmar (who was incredibly responsive and accommodating). The only downside is that we only rented it for a week. We will be back next year for two!!! Thanks for a comfortable stay!

Amazing house with breathtaking views!

The villa is in a quiet location within easy driving distance of The St James Club and the shops, restaurants, bars and night-life of English and Falmouth Harbours where you will also find the historic ‘Nelson’s Dockyard’ with its unique collection of beautifully restored 18th century buildings now converted to bars, restaurants, boutiques and marine trades.

It is a few minutes to the fabulous beaches of both Harbours and within the Harbour area you will find sailing, horse-riding, tennis, squash, fitness centre, etc,etc.

Golf is a 30 minute drive away, as is the capital St.Johns.

There are 2 x 18 hole golf courses: one on the west coast at Jolly Harbour and one close to St.Johns.

Willoughby Heights is within easy Taxi ride or self drive of the Sir Viv Richards Cricket Stadium.
