Stunning and highly upgraded pool home perfect for 3 families. Three master suites with Cal-King beds and direct access bathrooms. 1 Queen bedroom w/Jack'n Jill bathroom. 2 children's rooms both with full over full bunk beds. All bedrooms have 47' LCD tv's with cable tv, they have access to a full bath in the hallway. Main living room has hi-speed wireless internet and free US & Canada Nationwide phone service. Rear yard has beautiful pool w/Jacuzzi, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set and additional chairs. All furniture, furnishings new as of March 2015. Nice short walk to Disney & Disney tram. Home has central air and heat, watch Disney fireworks from the back/front yards.

Effective Jan 1, 2017 the city has reduced occupancy in all homes. This house SLEEPS 15 in Beds and has a MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 15 AT ANYTIME

Clean, nice neighborhood, home was perfect for our family of 13

Time restraints for use of the outdoor pool were very restrictive. It wasn't fortunate, due to the weather and visiting Disneyland, that we could not use the pool later in the evenings.

Anaheim Rental

Property was very nice. The home was just as it was described. It was difficult to get the door opened and we had to call for help (just 1 time). The driveway is very short and we had to park our SUV sideways as to not block the sidewalk. The pool was great and we had a wonderful time there. It is very spacious and comfortable for a large group of people.

Beware of neighbor!

The home was nice and the kitchen very well stocked. The furniture was well worn, but that was fine. The beds all squeak. I'm not sure what they've done, but we all noticed that they were quite noisy. The pool/hot tub is nice. We were aware of the no excessive noise outside rule after 10pm and wanted to honor that. We turned home after a very long day at Disney and my elderly parents had aching feet. We decided to quietly soak our feet in the hot tub. Our voices were whispered and we were very careful to be quiet. It was around midnight. Our children (who had been asleep) came running out because they had been woken up by someone repeatedly ringing the door bell and rattling the doorknob trying to get into the house. We received a call from property management shortly after our kids were terrified together thinking someone was trying to break into the house. Apparently the neighbor listens by the wall that separates the two houses to see if anyone makes a peep after 10pm. The neighbor was the one ringing the door bell at might night and trying to open the door. That's a little creepy. The Anaheim ordinance says "no excessive noise." We were very quiet. Wow! I felt like we were in a communistic country rather than the land of the free.

The home is not close enough to walk to Disney. We ended up driving. It is a $6 Uber ride away. If you have a small group, Uber works great. If you have a larger group, it's more economical to drive and park at the resort.

The bathrooms were well stocked with shampoo/conditioner and body wash. That was a nice feature. The yard was very well maintained. Everything was very clean...but beware of the creepy neighbor!

Owner's Response: Just another example of a guest who breaks the city rules and becomes the victim. The loud and unreasonable noise ordinance ONLY applies to RESIDENETS who live in their homes. The ordinance for VACATION RENTALS restricts ALL backyard activities between 10 pm and 9 am. All guests are to be inside the home. This guest admits to being in the Jacuzzi at midnight. The neighbors have children and spouses that have to be up for school/work early. They are tired of inconsiderate guests breaking the rules the city gave them so their families can sleep and have peace and quiet in THEIR neighborhoods. Think about a vacation home being next to your private residence and how much you would tolerate on an ongoing basis. These neighbors are all very decent when guests obey the parking, occupancy & quiet time rules. The city makes us post the rules in our agreements (which all guests sign for) and in the home on all exit doors. Here is a copy of exactly how it reads: 4.05.100 CONDITIONS OF PERMIT ISSUANCE AND RENEWAL; OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS .0118 Occupants shall not engage in outdoor activities on a short-term rental property between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. that involve the use of swimming pools, hot tubs, spas, tennis and paddleboard courts, play equipment and other similar and related improvements. The hours between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. are considered to be “quiet time,” where all activities at a short-term rental property shall be conducted inside of a short-term rental unit so that no outdoor activity will disturb the peace and quiet of the neighborhood adjacent to a short-term rental property or cause discomfort or annoyance to any reasonable person of normal sensitivity residing in the area. The owner shall post signs of a size, type and at a location (or locations) acceptable to the Planning Director near all doors leading to the exterior of a short-term rental unit, advising occupants of “quiet time.” Its amazing how this guest who signed and agreed to follow the city rules compares this to communism. No one forced them to sign the agreement, showing up and wanting to change the rules to suit themselves is not communistic, it's breach of contract. Living in the land of the free does not give us the right to selfishly impose and trample on the rights others (or to do whatever we please). These guests putting our home at risk of huge fines and the potential of being shut down.

Great vacation home!

We had a wonderful stay in this home! This was our second visit to Disneyland and we greatly enjoyed using this house as our home base. The pool/spa is a wonderful place to relax and unwind after busy Disney days. The neighbourhood was quiet and clean. The house itself was clean, and well stocked for all of our cooking needs. Although this home is close enough to walk to Disneyland from, it was a little too far than we preferred to walk with young kids, and knowing how much walking is done in Disney itself, we opted to use cabs and uber. Around $6 got us to the main drop off of the park, less to go to downtown Disney.

We would stay in the home again!
