Beautiful detached 4 bedroom Villa on the prestigious Avinguda Montgo. Villa Mimosa is situated in an elevated position offering privacy and is fully equipped for 9 people (Including 1 sofa bed). The Villa benefits from a private swimming pool with steps down to a poolside shower, an outside brick built BBQ, private off road secure parking for 2 cars, large balcony off 2 bedrooms, a covered veranda and a wealth of tropical plants set within the paved patio areas. The poolside terrace offers plenty of space for relaxing on sun-loungers and recliners and the large ceramic tiled table set near the BBQ area is ideal for up to 9 people.

The Villa is a 10 minute walk from the local beach and restaurants at Montgo and an equal distance to the Port area and the beaches at the lively Riells, which benefits from numerous shops, restaurants, cafes and bars, all overlooking the beautiful Bay of Roses.

The Villa is situated on L'Escala's bus route and cycle route, which both run from Montgo to Saint Marti via Riells and the Old Town. The bus stop is just around the corner and Bikes are available to hire less than 50 meters from the Villa.

The historic centre of L'Escala, which was once the old fishing port, is only a 5 minute drive away and again has 2 beaches and numerous shops, restaurants, cafes and bars, all at very reasonable prices, set around the bay and benefiting from a beautiful traffic free esplanade.

A short distance from the Old Town, and incorporated within the boundaries of L'Escala, are the ruins of Empuries and the ancient walled Medieval town of Saint Marti, both set alongside vast sandy beaches and again with a good choice of restaurants.

Having a car during your stay is recommended.

Lovely house. Great places to explore close by. The most beautiful beach for snorkelling... great restaurants...really fantastic. Joe to owner is really helpful and responsive.

Fantastic Villa!!! Will certainly return!!

We had visited the area before but had never stayed in Lescala. From now on though I don't think we would stay anywhere else. The town is beautiful and the Villa was fantastic. Just as described....Great location, nicely decorated, big swimming pool and garden with plenty of space and sun loungers etc. The owner was also very helpful with information before we arrived.

The town itself has many lovely beaches, restaurants, cafes and bars whilst retaining its Spanish charm.

We will return in the future and have already recommended the Villa to many friends.

Wunderschöner und entspannter Urlaub

Wir haben ein zweites Mal mit insgesamt 8 Personen eine wunderschöne Woche in der Villa verbracht. Sie bietet viel Platz und der große Pool war wieder ein Highlight.

Die Lage ist ideal und man braucht kein Auto um L'Escala zu erkunden, da ein kleiner "Auto-Zug" vor der Villa hält.

Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Betten sind sehr bequem.

Der Eigentümer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Ich kann die Villa definitiv empfehlen und wir werden wieder kommen!

P.S.: An alle Meeresfrüchte-Liebhaber!! Das Restaurant "L'Escale A Huitres" in Reills (15 min zu Fuß) ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Beautiful villa; lovely pool and everything you could possibly need

Just returned from a week's holiday with our three adult children and their partners. The villa was perfect for our needs and had everything we could ask for. Great location - a good walk in either direction to stunning beaches, but if you were feeling really lazy, you could always catch the little train which runs into the Old Town and between the two main beaches. We spent many happy hours reading around the pool, and dipping in and out when we got too hot! Excellent communication from the owner, Joseph, and the agency who hold the keys were also very helpful. Would definitely return - highly recommended.

Beautiful well equipped villa in great location central to everything. Beautiful terrace and pool area and outdoor BBQ grill. Perfect villa to spend time with family we will be returning.

Fantastic villa!! Stayed here for a week in July with my family and enjoyed every second. It was just as described. Good location, big swimming pool, walking distance to 2 beaches, bars and restaurants. Would certainly stay here again!
