My flat is a modern 2 bed house with parking space, close to the Northern line with plenty of local amenities for eating and shopping! If you like cooking, you'll have all the utensils you need! Towels/ hairdryer provided. 10 min drive to Wimbledon

I have two good size bedrooms (one with a king size bed and one with a queen size bed). Comfy sofa. 42 inch TV with large selection of DVDs and Blue Rays. The kitchen/ living room has everything you could possibly want in terms of pots/ pans/ utensils. I am French and love cooking : ) There is a dining table with four chairs. I have a patio area which would be good for a barbecue (provided) or drinks outside in the summer. There is internet access should you need it.

Access to all areas of the house.

I travel a lot for work or stay with my girlfriend so the flat will be totally yours!

Basically it's very conveniently located with everything that you could possibly need close by. See below point on 'getting around'. The house itself is really quiet too so you will feel like you are in a little oasis.

My flat is really well located. It's a 10 minute walk to Colliers Wood tube station (northern line).

- 24 minutes to Waterloo

- 26 minutes to Leicester Square

- 35 minutes to Old Street/Shoreditch

- 10 minute bus ride to Wimbledon centre including Centre Court shopping centre, odeon and Curzon cinemas, theatre and Wimbledon Village.

- 5 minute walk to retail park including Starbuck Coffee, Nando's, Pizza Hut, Marks & Spencer superstore, Sainsbury's supermarket

- 5 minute walk to Merton Abbey (used to be Mills)- now converted into quirky craft shops and a wide variety of restaurants including Belgian, Thai, Jamaican, Italian and Rock Star Sushi bar ranked #6 restaurant in London as well as a traditional pub along the river Wandle

- 5 minute walk to Virgin Active Gym including swimming pool and Spa.

- 10 minute walk to the lovely Morden Hall Park run by the National Trust.

- 10 minute drive to Wimbledon dog racing track.

- 15 minute drive to Wimbledon England All Lawn Tennis Club

- 1 tube stop away to the most authentic Indian curry houses at Tooting Broadway.

- 5 tube stops away from Clapham Common area which is a hive of activity in the summer. A mass of lively bars, cafés and restaurants for cosmopolitan people watching. Northcote Road nearby to Clapham Junction has a food market, fashion boutiques and plenty more bars and restaurants.

This is the place where I used to live before I moved in with Karen.

I love this flat. It is very practical. I love the open space in the kitchen/living room and because it is south facing, there is always plenty of light (even on a typical rainy day!) .

I've left all the stuff that makes it a proper home for my guest's comfort.

What makes this apartment unique

It is very well located within 10 minute walk from the Tube (Northern Line).

There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby to make it convenient if you don't feel like walking for miles to go food shopping or eating out after an exhausting day discovering Central London.

The area is very leafy and the house is located in a very quiet street so that you can have a restful night.

Great property, just as expected, perfect for our needs!

This was a great find, we are a family of four consisting of two small children. We were in London for a wedding and we had everything we needed, the house was cosy and clean, Jerome gave us lots of information and made sure we were happy with everything. Parking is right outside so very convenient. The location is excellent, close to shopping centre and northern line. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property.

Appartamento con cibi usati in cucina e frigo asciugamani e lenzuola bagnati stese sulle porte e termosifoni armadi con abiti del proprietario impolverati varie cose sparse in casa del proprietario impolverate ...insomma un appartamento non adeguato per affitto esperienza negativa .Non ho ricevuto il rimborso dal proprietario .A mie spese ho dovuto affrontare il soggiorno insomma alloggio da non soggiornare

•Clapham is great for bars and restaurants. Try Clapham Junction. There is a market on Saturdays with lots of boutiques and cafes where you can sit and watch the world go by.

•Wimbledon Village is nice. You can take the number 200 bus directly to Wimbledon Village from the stop on the main Christchurch Road. It’s a 15-20 minute journey.

•Deen City Farm- a farm at the heart of London if you want to take your kids to see farm animals and birds for free.

•Morden Hall Park- this is run by the National Trust with a beautiful rose garden and the river Wandle crossing it.

•Merton Abbey Mills- a former mills used by Liberty to print their fabric, now converted into quirky shops and restaurants- plus there is a craft market on Saturday and Sunday. There is live music every first Sunday of the month. There is also a music and comedy festival taking place during July and August (Abbeyfest).
