Imagine sitting on this terrace, listening to the waves from the Mediterranean Sea 20 meters away, taking in the panoramic view over the sea to Africa and Gibraltar. This south-facing and bright, 1st floor contemporary apartment was completely refurbished in 2016 and equipped with high quality furnishing, beds, and kitchen appliances.

The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a double bed and ample cupboard space and a safe. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be combined into a double bed.

To satisfy the need for entertainment - and perhaps work - the apartment offers fiber-optic internet (Wi-Fi) and a 43” flat screen TV with international channels.

You will have access to a private underground parking space with a lift. Next to the parking space you have a private room ideal for storing beach gear and golf clubs.

Between the apartment and the sea, you’ll find a well-maintained garden area with two large swimming pools. From the garden, there is direct access to the beach and you can walk along the beach to several very nice restaurants / beach clubs – one for every occasion: Bahia Beach and la Sal are both hugely popular for there charming location and good food. The upscale Finca Cortesin Beach Club offers the perfect setting for a special treat during your holiday stay. In the morning you walk 5 Minutes along the beach to buy your bread - how better can you start a day?

Why Saskia Handberg chose Casares

I am a real estate agent at the Costa del Sol and fell in love with the apartment on first sight. The front line beach location combined with the modern style architecture is something rare at the Coast. The view from the terrace and the soothing noise of the waves has something very relaxing to us, and we use the apartment for weekend escapes and small holidays. Here we relax perfectly from our busy day to day life and enjoy walking along the beach to one of the nice restaurants near by.

What makes this apartment unique

We like the area very much, since it is not so overbuild and still mantains the Spanish lifestyle. There are surprisingly many very good restaurants near by and a lot of great leisure activities - like golf, hiking, fishing, snorkelling, swimming etc. Thanks to its position you are fast in Estepona, Sotogrande, Gibraltar and only 20 Minutes from Puerto Banus.

Stunning apartment with amazing views!

We walked through the door of the apartment for your eyes to be immediately drawn to the stunning ocean views. Beautiful modern and very clean apartment with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We (my husband and two children age 11 and 13) stayed for two weeks. We hired a car, which I highly recommend to make the most of the area. You can walk to the local garage and along the beach to restaurants etc., but we used the car a lot for exploring and shopping. Our children swam everyday in the pool even though it wasn’t heated and was way too cold for me, but they love swimming and were determined to swim everyday!! Wonderful and relaxing holiday overall. The owner Saskia is extremely responsive and very helpful with every query we had. Overall 10/10!!

Lovely beachfront apartment

We stayed for five days at this beachfront apartment and really loved it. The apartment is located in a very beautiful and quiet area about 10 minutes drive to Estepona on Costa del Sol. The rooms are neatly decorated and the kitchen is very well equipped. The balcony offered a very relaxing place for enjoying the sea view during morning breakfast or evening meal. We made day trip to lovely nearby towns such as Casares and Ronda. We will certainly return to this place the next time we go back to Costa del Sol. Thanks Saskia,.

What more could you ask for?

A beautifully appointed apartment. The photos and description are just as you find it. This must be the best equipped and decorated place we have stayed in this year. The third property from Homeaway for us in 2017.

The view from the balcony was so relaxing we didn't want to leave. Wish you could bottle it.

The kitchen had all that I needed to cook a three course meal! Home from home. Saskia was very helpful to if we couldn't find or do something. She responded within minutes.

Access to the apartment is very good with the lift, we needed it as one of us was slightly disabled by a leg injury.

Both bathrooms are good too, that shower in the master bathroom is wonderful.

Supermarkets are very close at hand and easy to find, a good sized fridge freeze in the kitchen will store a lot if you intend to be self catering.

Bedrooms are so comfortable I slept very well indeed. Local trips are easy to plan and get to as Casares Del Mar is so conveniently positioned to allow you to make trips out in any direction.

Brilliant! I hope we return.

Superb relaxing apartment on the beach front

This apartment definitely has the wow factor. Straight away as you walk in you are faced with a view of the the beautiful blue sea from the lounge. This can also be seen from the master bedroom and on opening the doors there is the constant sound of the waves which is so relaxing.

The apartment was bright, modern and spotlessly clean. There was plenty of room for my husband and I and our two daughters aged 20 and 17yrs.

We were able to walk to two beach bars about 15mins walk away, both excellent for lunch and evening meals.

We tried one of the restaurants recommended by Saskia, La Casa del Rey in Estepona. It was a short drive away and was a lovely modern gastro bar, good atmosphere and service and excellent food. It's very popular so you would need to book. We loved walking through the old streets of Estepona in the evening.

The apartment had everything you would need including a TV with Netflix if you wanted to escape the sun for a while.

We really enjoyed our break here and would definitely return.

One is always concerned when booking online. However the instance we arrived we realised Saskia's apartment was all we had dreamt it would be. If you want to rent an immaculately clean, beautifully presented, luxury apartment in a tranquil location. This apartments for you!! Relax, on the veranda overlooking the sea, lounge on the beds next to the private pool or exit the coded gate to walk for miles along secluded, unspoilt beaches (no hoards of tourist and associated trappings) Our family was in dire need of utter relaxation, we got it a 100 fold!! Wonderful Saskia, many thanks indeed. We would book again in a blink of a eye!!
