About the property


Our townhouse, decorated by an international artist, is a very spacious and practical house with lots of advantages; It's only a 10 min drive to Marbella, 2 minutes to Elviria and it's famous Nikki Beach; it's walking distance from lovely beaches, a beautiful golf course and an award winning marina with excellent restaurants and views of luxureous yachts. Besides that, it comes with a grand roof terrace with sunbeds, lounge seats, a dining set with a barbecue and also here free Wifi. So both in summer and winter this is the place to make the most of Costa del Sol's lovely sunny weather. The views from here are amazing and if you're lucky, you'll be able to see Gibraltar and the African coast. The house features a semi open kitchen and an open plan dining and living room (with flat screen TV with international channels). The living room is connected to a large covered terrace by sliding doors. The two double rooms upstairs both have ensuites. The two double rooms downstairs share a luxureous bathroom. One of these rooms has a TV as well. All rooms come with large fitted wardrobes. There's Wi-Fi everywhere in the house. We also have an activity book, so you do not have to do any research about where to go for a nice daytrip (Morocco?).

About Eva Meenhorst

Hello my name is Eva Meenhorst. We are a Dutch family of 6 living abroad. We rent out our design holiday home in The Netherlands (Homeaway 1174826) and our Marbella house in Spain. We bought this house as first owners (2016) in Cabopino because of it's stunning roofterras (with BBQ) and the superb location; close to the beach, golf and even skiing in winter time. Besides it's close to all amenities like supermarkets, restaurants, marina, behemian surfer's beach, exclusive Nikki Beach, golf courses and Mabella itself. We hope you'll have a fabulous holiday and will make some precious memories. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me. Really good location, set in a quiet

Area overlooking a golf fairway .

The property was clean and had everything we required to enjoy our stay. The balconies and roof terrace were great,, as when we wanted to catch some rays we went up on the private terrace and chilled on the lounge balcony at night with great views ,not overlooked just the fairway and mountains in the distance. A nice pool to cool of in which was very good. We hired a nice car and had our own secure parking which was a bonus. At night we had a nice stroll down to Cabopino harbour which had a good selection of bars and restaurants, da Bruno's a 5 min stroll which was excellent food and bar.

Fantastic stay

We are a family of 4 that just returned from here. We loved staying at this villa! The location was great and easy to travel up and down the coast and even inland. We were mostly out during the day but looked forward to returning each night. If we didn’t feel like going back out for a late dinner we found some great take out and delivery restaurants. The villa is just like it is in the pictures. It’s clean and airy with lots of windows and terraces and a fantastic rooftop deck, which we used on the warmest days. Eva is a wonderful host and responded right back with any answers to our questions. Anyone who stays here won’t be disappointed!

Comfortabel huis, vlakbij heerlijke strandtentjes!

Wat een fijn huis. Prettige indeling, heerlijke douches en een grandioos dakterras met bbq!

In een mum van tijd ben je bij een haventje en sfeervolle strandtentjes met goed eten, lekkere bedjes pal aan zee en tongstrelende Sangria.

Fantastisk takterrasse!

Vi var en familie på 6 voksne,2 barn og en baby som leide dette flotte huset 1 uke i april.

Eva var fantatisk hjelpsom, helt fra vi booket til vi reiste. Alt var lagt til rette for at vi skulle ha det bra. Huset var rent og pent over alt.

En fantastisk takterrasse med en flott utsikt, solsenger, grill og sittegrupper. Vi var desverre uheldig med været, så vi fikk ikke brukt terrassen og nærområdet så mye som vi ønsket, men vi storkoste oss alikevel.

Vi leide bil og fikk sett mye av kysten, fra Gibraltar i sør, Malaga i øst til Ronda i nord. Atter en gang Eva, takk for et flott opphold og vi kommer gjerne tilbake dersom anledningen

Heerlijk huis op een centrale plek.

Fijn huis met alle moderne faciliteiten. Het huis is centraal gelegen, op loop afstand van het strand waar leuke restaurantjes zijn en met een prachtig uitzicht op Gibraltar! Met de bus naar het centrum van Mallaga is een aanrader.(halte is aan de grote weg vlak bij het huis). Aan het eind van de dag thuis komen en een drankje drinken en of eten op het dakterras is een feestje!!!

Grosses Haus mit toller Lage

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist grossartig geschnitten und verfügt über eine geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Bei der Ausstattung haben wir nichts vermisst. Die Lage ist toll. Von der grossen Dachterrasse kann man zum Meer, in die Berge und bis Marbella sehen. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

As soon as you decide to book our house we'll send you the confirmation with all details and directions. We ask for a 50% payment upon confirmation. The amount due (50%) will have to be transfered 8 weeks in advance. You'd also need to pay the deposit beforehand which we'll pay you back within 1 week after you've left.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
