Invite Your Friends and Family. My houses sleeps 16-30 and splitting the fixed rates by 16-30 you all enjoy a super savings over hotels.

Bottom line vacation homes verses hotels saves you money on meals and drinks as you don't have to go out to eat three meals a day. And hotels charge more tax, parking, internet, movies, etc.

We stayed at El Segundo Entertainer's home for the weekend to host a birthday and a police academy graduation.



Laura was exceptional assisting with last minute accommodations and home questions.



The home is simply fabulous!!



Every detail has been thought of and it was great hosting my party of 16 friends and family members.



We have created lasting memories in the ample kitchen cooking breakfast together and sitting on the deck enjoying the weather while sipping coffee.



The bedrooms had clean towels and sheets -which is very important to me-, I brought my own just in case but we did not even used them.



The living room with the Roku system and local cable allowed us to watch the soccer match as a family and celebrate together in the big and fluffy couches.



The weather was gloomy but it didn't deter some of us to soak in the spa and safe pool. Laura remained available during the weekend and checked on us for any extra assistance.



I was very happy with our decision to choose this home for our dinner party of 26 persons on Saturday because everyone was comfortably accommodated. I would definitely come back.

Beautiful views, spacious comfy home in lovely residential neighborhood

Spacious home that also had a cozy feel. Loved the extra room with french doors opening to a deck with comfy outdoor furniture and stunning views! Residential neighborhood, yet minutes to the beach, restaurants, yoga studios, etc. The best of both worlds. Any concerns were given a quick response and the manager was blocks away for easy access. Great home for large groups.

Could do better for the money stay some where else

We had a hard time with the hot water, the stove and the jaccuzzi. After several complaints to the “house manager” he told us that you can not use them at the same time. It is a little hard to do that when there is 10 people staying at the home at once. The beds were horrible. If you slept in the bed in the big room upstairs you would wake up the whole house if you moved. The best place to sleep was the couch down stairs. All the beds were uncomfortable and extra small. The amenities listed there was ac and no ac so you have to open all the windows. Some windows have screens and some don’t. The house was incredibly hot when we arrived. There was circulation so be prepared to spend 15 opening all the windows and then sweating like there is no tomorrow until the house cools off. They claim the house is updated but in some of the bathrooms there is holes in the lower end of the walls. For the amount of money you spent on the rental you can find a better place to stay. Also be prepared for the loud constantly barking dogs that live next door. They have signs in the house to stay quite or lose your deposit yet the dogs were barking anytime you were outside and at times in general. The dogs barking is an issue because you had to keep the windows open. The pool is really small so not really an amenity. Also be prepared to feel like your privacy is violated as they have cameras through out the property by fail to mention in it their ad or disclosures.

Here is the action we are taking: We are getting a brand new water heater from the manufacturer as the one we have is defective, we updated our mattresses with bed toppers, VRBO recently added AC as an amenity to all listing which we have updated, we will let our neighbor know about their barking dog and we have informed our house manager with the feedback you have given us so he can act immediately. El Segundo ~ wedding at Dockwieler State Park

House was big enough to house us all. Every one had the privacy they needed. Close to the airport. Was fun to watch all the planes come in @ night. Amazing to me, when we were in doors we couldn't even hear them. The entire house was rather sound proof. Close to the beach. corner market close enough to walk to, carried everything from firewood, food, beer & liquor. Very pleasant neighbors. Had some minor issues but they were taken care pretty promptly. Overall a very nice stay in El Segundo!

Great home, Great Location, Great ownership

We stayed in this lovely house over a September weekend and we're more than happy with everything. From location, to communication with home owners who were MORE than accommodating and always replied very fast. The home is great for bigger groups and is stocked well! We will definitely stay here again!

Great Place to Entertain

We rented this house for our wedding weekend and had family and friends join us for brunch the day after - it was perfect for entertaining our guests. People really enjoyed the upstairs deck and pool areas, and there was plenty of space in the living/dining room and kitchen areas to keep everyone comfortable. It can get a bit hot downstairs at night if you're coming in the summer months, but they have plenty of fans. Also, Cheryl and Laura were a pleasure to deal with throughout the booking/ check-in process and you'll be in good hands with them!

Great owners

I have to say that dealing with Cheryl, Boris and everyone else involved was a pleasure. We had a few minor problems that were dealt with immediately and pleasantly; this is a well-run property. We loved the kitchen and dining room, and the outdoor deck. We went and met our neighbor to make sure he'd let us know if we disturbed him at all--he was a sweetheart who assured us he was fine, and it made for a very relaxing place. Some of the mattresses are better than others, and while the newly renovated bathroom is great, some of the other bathrooms had pretty weak showers. Overall, we had a great time!

El Segundo has its own beach, as well as three public pools, including two outdoor pools open during the Summer months.

The El Segundo Parks and Rec staff are the basis for the hit NBC program Parks and Rec.

El Segundo has 2 Full sized turf fields named Campus El Segundo Athletic Fields in which is open to the public.

El Segundo is home to the Los Angeles Lakers and Los Angeles Kings practice facility.

Transportation

State Route 1, California's Pacific Coast Highway, passes through the city as Sepulveda Boulevard, while Interstate 105 begins its journey at Sepulveda Boulevard just outside the northern city limits of El Segundo and heads east to Norwalk.

Amtrak's El Segundo Bus Stop (ESG) is located at the Los Angeles County Metro Green Line Douglas Station and is serviced by Thruway Motorcoach. The stop is on Amtrak's 1c bus route that runs four times a day between Amtrak's Torrance Bus Stop (Alpine Village) and the Bakersfield Amtrak Station where passengers transfer to and from trains on Amtrak's San Joaquin route; passengers can also connect with Amtrak's Pacific Surfliner route at the Van Nuys Amtrak Station.

Los Angeles International Airport is located to the north of El Segundo.

Invite Your Friends and Family. My houses sleeps 16-20 and splitting the fix rates by 16-20 you all enjoy a super savings over hotels.

Bottom line vacation homes verses hotels saves you money on meals and drinks as you don't have to go out to eat three meals a day. And hotels charge more tax, parking, internet, movies, etc.
