This beautiful and luxuriously furnished penthouse is located on the Condado de Alhama Golf Resort. The Resort is 24 hour security and therefore only accessible by authorized persons, guests and visitors.
The Penthouse is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible via a lift and / or stairs.

It is suitable for four people. There are two bedrooms. There is one large bedroom (with direct access to the terrace) with a large 2 bed and 1 smaller bedroom with two one person beds. There is 1 bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

The open kitchen is fully equipped.
There is a fridge freezer, baking oven with 4 halogen baking trays, a hood, a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, airfryer, coffee maker, kettle and Senseo coffee machine. There are obviously plenty of glasses, cups and saucers, plates, cutlery, pans, bowls and other regular resources.

The dining room connected to the kitchen has a table and four chairs.

Directly at the dining room is the living room with a 4 seater (L) corner sofa, table, Satellite TV, Internet, Air conditioning (for cooling and heating), ceiling fan and various electric heating panels.

Air-conditioning:
There are three air conditioners (living room and both bedrooms limp) that provide the desired cooling and if necessary can also heat. In relation to the environment and to avoid unnecessary costs, we ask you for your cooperation. Do not turn the air conditioner on when you open the doors and windows if you're out in the region. Often enough already to before going to sleep 15 minutes before turning on the air conditioning when doors and windows closed.
For snowbirds we have air conditioning in all rooms which is also suitable for heating. In all rooms there are also several electric heating panels.

Ceiling fans:

Connect always make your car and park it rather in the designated parking lot (1432) under the roof of the Penthouse building.
We have fortunately never had a visit from thieves, however, still be heard here and there in the region ever that it can occur. Therefore we recommend that you always close doors and windows when you leave the penthouse.

WIFI / Internet
In and around the house you can use free WiFi. You will receive from our key manager code that allows you to start the WiFi connection. We kindly ask you not to come to the router, are possible implications for their own account.

Water

The Penthouse is on the guarded Luxury Golf Resort CONDADO DE ALHAMA and there is around the Penthouse enough space to enjoy the delicious hot and sunny climate. The large 18 m2 terrace with built in BBQ provides plenty of space to enjoy the wonderful climate and the great views over the golf course and the unspoilt nature of the surrounding area.
The terrace (facing south) has several awnings and plenty of outdoor furniture to sit or lie down. There is also provided a BBQ on the terrace. In the special storage area of ​​the terrace is the washing machine and water heater with some cleaning stuff.

pool:
The joint pool is located next to the building and features a special children's section and a spacious sunbathing area around, the whole is fitted with a lockable fence.

Around the pool and playground are allowed no glasses and this is particularly also for your own safety and that of the cleaners. Use plastic cups, bottles etc.
Furthermore, we would like to strongly emphasize the special rules for the pool, sunbathing area, pets, trash and other general issues that apply to this resort. These are present in the house and are again created for your own health. A part of the rules is to use the outdoor shower before taking a refreshing dip in the pool! If there is excessive lots of sunscreen in the pool to the detriment of the quality of water. In exceptional cases should be added additional chemicals to get the water back on track and it may happen that you can not use a few days in the pool. This is of course no one and that is why we ask your cooperation in observing the rules.

From the outside terrace you have a perfect view of the 18 hole golf course and the unspoilt nature of the Spanish hinterland.
Because the Penthouse located on the south side is also in spring and autumn and even winter family can enjoy. All the more so there is also awnings and cuffs are available.

Upstairs there is a large communal roof terrace where you can dry the laundry. There are several sunbeds (which are also perfectly suited to take to the beach or swimming pool), a large outdoor table and 6 deck chairs. Several awnings provide the necessary shade and cuffs keep you where necessary also from the wind.

Your (rental) car can be parked in the private parking lot (1432) under the Penthouse and is there in the shade.

Children
A cot and an (adjustable) chair are not standard, but we can do for a reduced price rent for you. Give this a timely manner when booking so that we can also timely to organize.
Would you like extra stuff or buy toys this can at cheap prices in the Chinese special Superstore which is located on the nearby Camposol Urbanisation. In addition, there are also several Chinese stores in Mazarron and Puerto de Mazarron.

Swimming pool:

The resort is a professional gym where you can work out at various air conditioning refrigerated areas. There group lessons are also offered.

Golf course
At the resort and a 3 minute walk from the Penthouse there is a beautiful 18-hole Jack Nicklaus golf course where you can play 9 or 18 holes on payment of a green fee.

There is also a driving range and practice area. Also here one can rent the various equipement if you did not take it yourself.
