Duplex, great unique luxury of its kind for its exceptional location with full views of the sea giving it a maximum of sun in summer and winter. In a small new residence and quiet, in the center of El Campello 100m from the beach, shops, stores, restaurants, everything is done on foot. This duplex on the 4th floor is planned for 6 + 2 persons; distributed over 2 floors:

 On the ground floor, one bedroom with exit to the terrace (bed 150cm), shower room with WC. The TV lounge, has huge windows ensuring brightness, fully fitted kitchen is qu'équipée, American fridge, dishwasher, microwave, juicer ... also overlook the terrace where is a plancha and a huge dining table sheltered.

You now borrow an internal staircase that leads you to a beautiful mezzanine whose view will leave you breathless! It is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 persons (135cm), a large TV and overlooks 2 bedrooms one with a 150cm bed with TV and adjoining bathroom with WC, another QE2 90cm beds with shower room and WC.

And that's not all ... you take one last staircase takes you to the best: a solarium of 90 sqm offering a panoramic view from the 8 sunbeds that you expect or protected from the living room of an arbor.

You will benefit from WiFi, Satellite, musical island, reversible central air conditioning, 2 underground parking spaces, swimming pool and barbecue in the residence, baby equipment provided.

Electricity remains the customer (individual meter and the official price of Iberdrola KWh). For information: Air conditioning is only effective when doors and windows are closed.

A truly fabulous penthouse duplex.

My wife and I have just spent a lovely 6 weeks at the apartment, enjoying the Spanish winter sunshine. Unbelievably it is even more spectacular than the photographs. It really lacks for nothing, in fact, there is often two of everything! It is brilliantly positioned, everything is walkable and the tram system within 200m, the on site parking is a bonus too. We had friends and family join us most weekends and the three beds and three bathrooms meant everyone had plenty of room and the two fabulous terraces were well used. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. Many thanks to Corinne and Maria who are both delightful people and we would have no hesitation in booking this apartment again.

A First Class Memorable Family Holiday

This luxurious duplex holiday rental is every bit as enticing as described by the owner. The property is spotless, spacious and modern - the rooftop views are fabulous. The owner has everything in the property that that you need to enjoy your holiday. Based on our experience, we would say to anybody not to hesitate in booking this duplex, you will regret it. Apart from the property itself, the facilities in the immediate surrounding area in El Campello are excellent - two supermarkets, the beach (the best we have seen abroad and extremely child friendly), your choice of restaurants and bars ... and the local tram. You would not need a car as everything is within such a short walk. The people in El Campello are very friendly and helpful - none more so than Maria who checked us in to the apartment and was available to deal with any queries that we had - she is very professional, reliable and helpful. Thank you Corinne & Maria for a first class memorable family holiday - we hope to visit you again soon.

Excelente y espectacular ❣❣

El dúplex me ha parecido espectacular, no falta detalle. Tiene muy buenas vistas y está muy bien acondicionado. Lo mejor es la terraza, el solárium y la barbacoa aunque no la hayamos utilizado mucho.

Lovely apartment!

We spent a week in this very nice apartment which fully corresponds to the images. The apartment really stands out and the terraces are very nice. It is also very well situated close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. The train is a 5-10 minute walk maximum, making it easy to go to Alicante and other villages. A car is not necessary. We were also very well taken care of at arrival and departure. We will definitely come back to El Campello and this apartment.
