Situated in one of the most peaceful and picturesque corners of Axarquia (Costa del Sol) on the mountain road between Frigiliana and Torrox. Spectacular views over the sea, the country side and mountains

The outside space of the house is a large terrace with private pool size 7m x 4m And a barbecue and garden furniture for your cookouts.

It has been renovated by its owners, giving it a traditional Spanish atmosphere with its rustic style. The entrance is through a covered terrace with dining and barbecue area. From here there is access to a lounge with fireplace and TV with DVD player. The kitchen is built in an exquisite rustic style and well equipped with : fridge, oven, microwave and cooking utensils.

On the same floor you will find 3 bedrooms, master bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with 2 single beds and third bedroom with a single bed. Bathrooms with shower and bathtub. Guest toilet on the pool area .

Access is via a paved track (steep in places) directly from the road Frigiliana - Torrox. The surroundings are ideal for hikers, who will walk through dense pine forests while aromas of thyme and rosemary perfuming the mountains. In the white village of Frigiliana, which is well worth a visit, you will find a wide selection of shops, tapas bars and restaurants. If instead you prefer a beach day visit Nerja (9 km), where you can enjoy beautiful beaches and a swim in the Mediterranean. You will discover small, intimate coves if you head east.

Situated in the most eastern part of the Axarquia, in the Natural Park of the Sierras Almijara, Tejeda y Alhama, we find the Villa of Frigiliana, with an approximate population of 3.000 people.

Its old historic centre, at 300 meters above sea level, surprises you with its narrow streets, covered in history and tradition. The small houses impossibly hung over each other are a symbol of the county, of Arab origin and considered by many one of the purest architectural complex of Arab tradition.

It has become in several occasions the 1st Place in the Spanish contest of Villages. From Frigiliana starts the well known Wine route, crossing many beautiful mountains covered in wine yards where grows the grape that produces the traditional sweet wine of Frigiliana.
