What makes this Cottage unique
Stylish terraced house - stroll to beach -Quality retreat
Large house, great garden, very quiet
We spent 4 nights here. It was a large house, with a great garden which our 7 year old son loved. Especially playing with the 3 children who live next door. We did pop to the local beach, but due to strong currents we drove to a different beach every day. Booley bay and curracloe were our favourites.
The house had plenty of bits and pieces, including toys and books for the kids. There is a knack to the shower and immersion heater. The bed mattress was a bit hard downstairs but other than that it was all great.
Enjoyable Family Break
We enjoyed our Bank holiday weekend in Cullenstown. We were two families (comprising of 5 adults and 3 children) and we had plenty of space and amenities. The kids loved playing in the back garden. We especially enjoyed using the stove and eating our meals in the back dining room with views of the countryside and sea. Cullenstown Strand, which is a few minutes away, is remote and striking. Definitely worth a visit. In terms of possible improvements, the mattress in the master bedroom could be replaced and the electric shower in the master bathroom has very low pressure. That being said, the shower in the upstairs bathroom is extremely powerful. All in all, we recommend staying here in a lovely part of Wexford.
