About the property

The very spacious villa, living area 220m2, is built as a large balcony terrace on the southern slope of the wide valley.

It is located in the Natural Park of the Gorges du Verdon, 2 km from the small village center.

Next to the castle and around the large village fountain are 1 bar-tabac, 1 restaurant and 1 bakery!

The villa itself has 5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and a 120m2 spacious living room with a relaxing blue-leather salon. In addition, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 ovens, 2 frigos, a small freezer etc.

The new villa is equipped for 10-12 adults and 4 children and therefore very suitable for shared family or friends holidays.

The 5 rooms each have 1 large double bed.

2 of them are also equipped with a cot and / or a bunk bed.

1 of them, possibly to be used as a bedroom for young teenagers, has 4 sleeping places.

In July and August the rental price is "all-in".

Sheets, towels, electricity and cleaning are then included.

Outside of July-August this house can also be rented with 3 instead of 5 bedrooms. The discount on the tariff is then 20%.

From the terraces you can enjoy the green valley landscape and the wooded surroundings from the villa or from the pool.

The underlying oak forests lead to the lavender plateau of Valensole.

There are 4 private parking spaces next door.

The immediate surroundings of the domain are particularly walking friendly. The GR4 path is over!

Cycling, sailing, rafting, canoeing or canyoning can also be enjoyed nearby.

Visit friendly villages are, on walking or cycling distance, our neighbors.

The large private swimming pool, 10 x 4. 5 m, is situated in a quiet location.

The orientation is sun-south and is free of privacy, sweeping views of the adjacent green valley.

Next to the swimming pool there is a 20m2 large shaded terrace above the long guest table.

It connects with the barbecue corner for delicious sultry bbq summer evenings.

On the other side of the site is the private petanque area.

Located above the pool, adjacent to the living room, a breakfast terrace, partly shaded.

On the side wall a 3rd shaded terrace offers a relaxing reading or after-dinner corner.

The parking at the rear of the villa also offers a spacious covered parking space for bicycles and motorbikes.

Outside the months of July and August the villa is FOR RENT with 3 instead. 5 bedrooms. Discount of 20% on the tariff prices.

EXCELLENT holidays with friends

We've boked the house to spend a week of holidays with friends. The owner nicely acceptted us on the last minute and even allow us to bring our little dogs on holidays with us (wich we appreciated and thanks him a lot for)

The house is perfect ! New and with all the facilities. It is well located in the quiet area surrounded by only 2 other houses.

Having dinner on the terrace outside beside the pool was our favorites moment every evening.

From Allemagne en provence, we could easily reach superbs spots around for our daily excursions (Esparron du Verdon for kayaking, Riez for horse riding,....)

Belle villa dans un cadre magnifique

La villa se situe dans un cadre reposant, à proximité des lacs (Sainte Croix, Esparron..) et à proximité des Gorges du Verdon. Elle correspond bien à la description avec une superficie spacieux et un confort de bonne qualité. Entre amis, nous avons pu profiter de la villa avec piscine et des activités de la région (Rafting, canoë/kayak, pédalo..).

François a été arrangeant et disponible. Merci pour ces vacances !!

Super

Hebben een super verblijf gehad in deze woning. Alles is erop en eraan, grote slaapkamers met badkamer, genoeg plaats voor verschillende gezinnen. Mooi terras en zwembad, BBQ. 2 frigo's en genoeg keukengerief om te koken aanwezig. Mooie uitvalsbasis om de streek te verkennen. Deze prachtige villa is zeker aan te raden.

Nous y avons séjourné les quinze derniers jours de juillet à trois familles. Nous avons apprécié que chaque famille puisse disposer de sa salle de bain.La villa est toute nouvelle et bien conçue. Elle est très bien équipée et spacieuse, les chambres ont une belle dimension. On a apprécié que les lits soient faits à notre arrivée.Belle piscine privée et belle grande térrasse avec barbecue. Beaux espaces extérieurs.Proprietaire répondant rapidement à nos question par mails.À recommander.

Super villa

Wij hebben deze nieuwe vila gehuurd in juli 2016 onder 9 vrienden. Alles was aanwezig, we kwamen niets te kort. Wij hebben volop kunnen genieten van het zwembad, gezellige barbecue-avonden. Er waren twee frigo's voorzien wat ook een groot pluspunt is met zoveel personen. Verder ook een ideale uitvalsbasis om uitstappen te doen. De kano-afvaart van de Verdon is een echte aanrader. De heerlijke bbq-avonden onder de grote pergola zullen wij niet gauw vergeten. Zeer vriendelijke en aangename eigenaars. Prachtig huis! Rustige omgeving, kortom een echte aanrader!

 Around the canyon observe vultures and eagles with guide:

the place where they are most seen are Point Sublime and the Route des Crêtes. The rare hawk eagle, golden eagle, black kite and peregrine falcon are also present. The Bureau du Tourisme in Castellane knows when the tours are offered. Do not forget to look up once in a while, before you know it the majestic animals will float over.
