This brand new, spacious, 1 bedroom apartment, is located in a brand new block of self-catering holiday apartments and penthouses just 150m from the seafront promenade of Bugibba, St Paul’s Bay. Malta’s best beaches are very close by!

Apartment specifications:

Front balcony is 2.2 sq m, back terrace is 2.2 sq m , apartment measures 55 sqm internally, shower room, double sofa bed with chaise lounge and an extra sleeping area closed off by drapes with 2 single movable bed. Apartment can accommodate up to 8 persons.

Main door of apartment block has just 3 steps leading to the elevator taking you to all floors.

Facilities:

Fast unlimited Wi-Fi internet

Well equipped kitchen including oven, toaster, microwave, percolator, 4 gas hobs, fridge freezer, etc.

Hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and washing machine.

Cots, highchairs and extra beds are available on request.

Fans are provided in each room. A big gas heater and electric heaters are also provided in winter.

Malta has a lot to offer, 7000 years of history, nice beaches, nice promenades etc. Malta also has a very mild climate and thus every season is a good time to visit.

Neville Galea purchased this apartment in 2015

Why Neville Galea chose Bugibba

Location, Location Location, but also comfort. The apartment is just 250m from the seafront. Infact it is in the best area of Bugibba. The apartment is also in a que de sac and so it is a very quiet street. There are no bars or other noisy activities in same street or in the whole block.

Bugibba Jetty is also just down the road. Full day boat cruises depart daily in Summer towards the famous Blue Lagoon in Comino Island.

Many good restaurants and shops, great promenade, close to all the best Sandy Beches and good swimming spots aand lidos withing few meters.

Cose by there are Casinos, night clubs, Water Parks and many other children attrctions.

All amnities are just minutes away!

What makes this apartment unique

This apartment is very well equipped and has all the comforts that Tourist normally look for. Infact we have used our 30 year plus expirience to rebuild these apartments specifically for holiday accomodation.

The apartments are spick and span (very clean).

The apartments has insect screens, many fans, free unlimited WiFi in all the apartment, Satellite 32 inch TV, private washing machine, clothes drying lines, iron and iron boaards etc. etc.

We meet all clients and offer to give free advise on the best places to visit and the best tours to make according to the clients tastes.

Apartments are fully Licenced by the Malta Tourisim Authority.

The apartment is in a very quiet but central area of Bugibba. Bugibba is a very touristic area located in the north of the island and is part of the village of St Paul's Bay. The apartment is close to the night life, beach, bus stop, ferries and departure point for day cruises, shops, banks, pharmacies, casino, restaurants, bars etc. The best sandy beaches, historical cities and places, and all the best places that a tourist should visit while on holiday are only one bus away. I live close to the apartments and can give assistance 24/7. Also I will be very happy to give advice on what, where and how to see the best of Malta has to offer according to customer preferences. I also offer help with airport transfers, car rentals and motorboat rentals (at no profit).

  • The first bedroom measures approx 4m x 3m. It consists of a 3 door wardrobe with full length mirror, vanity mirror and desk, hair dryer, twin beds and a desk fan. The room has space for an extra bed or a cot. (both available on request). The bedroom has a back balcony with automatic private washing machine with clothes drying lines. Other equipment includes iron and iron bord, individual reading lights black out curtains 95% and sheers. The room is what we call a sleeping area. It is a normal room measuring 2 metres x 2 metres with 2 single beds, but it does not have a proper door, it has a black out curtain instead.

Great Holiday

We had a great time in Malta. We had booked the seashells apartment in Bugibba but on our first morning we were woken up at 06:45 by very noisy construction works taking place right next door (it sounded and felt like they were drilling in to our bedroom wall!). I contacted Neville and he arranged for us to be moved to an apartment in St Julians. I can not say enough about Neville's communications, he was very prompt with his replies and moved us without any issues, which was very much appreciated. There were construction works taking place near this apartment also but after travelling around the island with our trusty 7-day bus pass (which was an absolute bargain at 21 euro for 7 days unlimited travel) we noticed that there are construction works taking place everywhere so I think we would have been hard pushed to stay anywhere that wasn't in the vicinity of works. St Julians was lovely and nicer than Bugibba if I'm being honest, it was easy to pass time sitting in a bar along the bay watching the world go by.... Malta itself is a beautiful island and very accessible using the reliable and frequent buses. Neville and his representatives were very helpful and knowledgeable which made our stay so much easier.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review! We were very disappointed to the inconvenience caused by the works of our neighbour. His workers could have handled the works much better (and in fact as soon as I informed the owner they moved the machinery away to another street ). The works are normally quiet and without any dust. The works are going on fast and the owner is projecting that by end December 2017 all his works will be ready. We know how precious a holiday can be. We do our utmost to keep our guests happy. Unfortunately the day you arrived you were greeted with some excessive noise, which was very worrying for you. We have many apartments and so we can be more flexible than other small private holiday home owners. Offering you an alternative was the right solution to the problem and we are happy we could offer it. We are happy you enjoyed St Julian`s and Sliema area, which are the 2 other major touristic areas in Malta. All our apartments are in these 3 main holiday areas. Thus visiting all Malta and Gozo is easy and guests find all sorts of entertainment depending on their likes and ages. Who books with us enjoys piece of mind. We have our own cleaners, maintenance personnel, vans and stores full of spares, an office open 12 hours a day and 24/7 emergency support on 2 mobile phones with Whats app. We hope to have you back soon as our guests!

Just perfect!

These apartments are perfect in every way. They are full of light and spacious! The apartment is fully equipped.. and the staff is brilliant, came to meet us late at night and also gave us a food pack which was very appreciated. The staff where Very helpful and explained to us everything we needed to know. The area is quite and close to all shops and bus stops. All in all we rate this apartment as 5 star. Thank you and we will be back again next year for sure!

very nice apartment

The apartment has a very good location close to the sea front. It is spacious and well furnished (with a nice side sea view from the balcony !). I stayed with my girlfriend and we didn't lack anything as the owner Neville was always providing us what we needed.

Bright and airy apartment.Seaview from both balconies.Fully equipped with everything you may need.Corner shops within 2 mins walk.In a quiet street but only 5 mins from seafront and Buggiba square with bars and restaruants.TV and Wi-Fi very good and lift in the building very welcome after a long walk.Any problems and Neville is only a call or e-mail away and soon sorted.

Very lovely stay!

Perfectly suited for holidays with small kids!

We spent 2 weeks with our little daughter in Malta and were very happy with the apartment. Separate bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, kids chair and bed on request, lift, late checkout: thumbs up!

Infrastructure and location are very good and the owner/staff was very nice and helpful.

We only had some issues with the shuttle service organised by Neville but this was not his fault. He did his best to improve the service but next time I would choose a different provider (there are many of them) and hope for a better experience.
