About the property

The apartment is spacious and light and located within an easy walk of Covent Garden, New Oxford Street, Leicester Square and many other attractions. It is one street away from the many pedestrian streets of Covent Garden with it's many boutique stores, restaurants, theatres and the Opera house. It really is the perfect base for discovering central London!

The flat is set on two floors with the spacious and light sitting room and kitchen area on the lower floor (1st floor in the building). Upstairs you will find the three bedroom. The two queen bedrooms, one of which is en-suite both face the back gardens. The 3rd bedroom has two single beds.

The overall apartment is very comfortable and bright and offers a great homey feel.

The apartment is located just above Covent Garden in the very heart of London. The streets surrounding the apartment are mostly pedestrian and all the large retail stores as well as countless boutique stores can be found within a few shorts steps of the apartment.

The neighbourhood also features a large number of theatres, restaurants, cafés, bars as well as the Opera which is in Covent Garden.

Landing at Heathrow: Take the Picadilly line to Covent Garden Station. Walk for 3 minutes to the apartment.

Landing at Gatwick: Take the Gatwick Express to Victoria Station. Take the Picadilly line to Covent Garden Station. Walk for 3 minutes to the apartment.

Parking: There is on the street meter parking just around the corner from the apartment. Please note that free parking is not available throughout central London. If you decide to bring a car you can find parking spaces to rent on

You will have access to all amenities provided in the apartment as well as having the apartment to yourself during your stay.

All guests are provided with clean sheets, bath towels, hand towels as well as basic bathroom supplies.

The apartment has Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the apartment that guests can use during their stay.

We will meet you upon your arrival to make sure you feel comfortable with the apartment and to hand over the keys.

Regular check-in time is from 3pm to 8pm.

Regular checkout time is up to 11am on the check out day.

If you wish to check-in earlier between 12noon and 3pm please let us know as it might be possible depending on the previous guest’s checking out.

Additional charges

Please note that there are extra charges if you are looking to check in late or check out very late.

1. Late check in:

Fee of £25 for check-ins between 8pm and 10pm.

Fee of £35 for check-ins from 10pm to 12am.

2. Extra late check out – Fee of £35 check-outs after 3pm on the check out day (If this is possible).

Hey I'm Jan!

I'm a Londoner at heart and have a love for travel and a high expectancy when it comes to quality accommodation. I've always felt that as a host one should always offer the best! I also speak Italian, Spanish and French and of course English! So don't hesitate in getting in touch, I'm always ready to help!

I currently manage a number of properties that have been trusted to me from friends and family. I personally make sure that the apartments are always properly taken care off and are professionally cleaned prior to the guest’s arrival. Linen, toiletries, towels and a few welcome essentials are there on arrival to ensure guests are made to feel at home.

I also make sure guests are met upon arrival and are shown around the apartment and given all relevant local tips on places to shop, go out, transport links, etc. so as to make sure guests get to experience the space and area as a real local would. Please note that I am also always available and contactable during the guest's stay if any help is needed. I'm always around to help!

Perfect location!

This was a perfect location for our recent trip tp London. Very central to most everything! The three bedrooms are good size and it was nice to have living space to come back and relax before heading out again. Sole was very helpful! We had 6 adults and it was plenty of space.

There are probably close to 100 pubs and restaurants right nearby and the underground station is about 2 blocks. you can walk to Picadilly and Soho and theaters.

My only request would be that is was pretty warm while we were there and it would be helpful to have fans in every bedroom as it did get a little stuffy. Also you will need to bring adapters for phones etc... the little store right down from the apartment had them and was a great place to grab a snack or drinks.

I highly recommend this apartment to anyone! We had a fantastic week there and wouldn't hesitate to book again! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Spacious apartment in a wonderful location

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment very much. It faces a garden on the inside and a small lane on the outside and so is very quiet. We were travelling with little kids and so it was particularly good to be able to access the courtyard garden. The location was outstanding for us. There's lots to see nearby. Only 7 minutes walk to the British Museum. Right in the Theatre district. Extremely central.

Beds were comfortable. The dishwasher was old and didn't work during our visit.

Jan was very responsive to our inquiries.

The property was clean, well furnished and secure. Short walk to most conveniences. It had everything we needed. Very comfortable. Access to the property was easy . As Americans we like ice with refreshments. Suggest having some ice cube trays in refrigerator.Recommend it for a nice stay. Would likely use it again on next visit

Beautiful flat in wonderful location!

We highly recommend Jan’s flat in Covent Garden! The property is in the heart of the fun area of Covent Garden and only a short walk from major activities in London. The beautifully decorated flat was spotless, roomy, and perfect for our party of 4 family members. Jan was great with email communication and the friendly Sole provided helpful assistance in checking us in. We feel lucky to have discovered this flat, as well as this London neighborhood, and wish we could have been there longer than three nights.

Great location!

Jan's flat was in a great location and a perfect size for us. We loved the neighborhood - close to a ton of restaurants as well as the theater district and the tube. Everything was super convenient. My family of five was very comfortable and had a great time. Took a star off since we did have a couple of minor issues (the door kept sticking and it could have been a little cleaner), but honestly I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
