The space

They say that home is where the heart is, and this home has been built with this in mind. This house was designed to be bright and welcoming, set in carefully considered streetscapes to encourage a sense of community, and add to the vibrancy of the existing area.

This luxurious home has two large double bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a double bed, a huge living room with a 70 inch TV screen (with Netflix), a cosy study, a kitchen and two bathrooms. The house has big windows throughout and located in quiet and peaceful street.

The home is 20 minutes away from Liverpool Street and offers a perfect location for those wishing to visit East London or those who work in the City.

There is free unlimited WIFI, 70 inch TV with Netflix and a PlayStation and a comfortable luxury corner sofa.

The neighbourhood

This house is located in a wonderful new community consisting of beautifully designed houses and apartments, nestled close to Chadwell Heath station.

Stratford, Hornchurch and the Romford area, whilst in close proximity to the centre of London, are renowned locally as communities with a strong sense of identity, friendly neighbourliness and warmth which provide a sense of belonging and inclusion.

Getting around

Only 5 minutes from Romford Town Centre by car, 12 minutes to Stratford Westfield shopping centre and 20 minutes from London Liverpool Street Station by train.

Chadwell Heath station is only 0.5 miles away and the local shopping amenities on Chadwell Heath High Road are only a further 0.2 miles.

Further afield, the A12 to the north and the A13 to the south provide easy access to Central London, the M25, the Essex coast, Dartford crossings and the large out of town shopping centres at Lakeside and Bluewater.

A little out there but worth it!

We are an American family of 5, giving our kids their first Europe experience. We were nervous about traveling to London because of its size and cost but staying at Seye's place turned out great.

What we loved: The home is in a really fun, diverse neighborhood. Lot's of families were out and every evening little boys would play cricket in the grassy area across the street. We used Uber Eats one night for the delivery of some Indian food, probably the best we've ever had.

What we wish we would have known before arriving: We're trying to do our trip on a tight budget so we wanted to use as much public transportation as possible. The day we arrived in London was a holiday and the tube line to the nearest stop was not running. There was, however, a bus that dropped us off just down the street from the tube stop. Unfortunately, we got lost for about an hour because the home is a newer build and doesn't show up on most mapping systems. If this is you, let us help you out. From the tube stop go right. Take your first left. Take your second right. Walk down to Ager. You'll be able to find your way once you find Ager.

We found the place to have everything we needed to cook and be comfortable. The only downside and this was out of Seye's control, the quick path to the grocery store was closed because of more construction. If you have a vehicle, his place is fantastic stay. If public transportation is your plan to get around, we did it with three kids under 14.

Having just returned from Seye's place we had a lovely time there was plenty to do in the local area, would highly recommend to friends and family alike!

Great flat, clean and calm, close to train station, 20min from the center!! I recommend it!!!

The house is very nice, modern, quiet and clean.

We enjoyed our stay, got a very good night sleep and would definitely use it again. Seye was super friendly and reliable. The internet was intermittent but he even offered to come by and check on it, if we wanted him too. Walk to the train station was quick and there were ample trains going into London city to make this a good option for someone looking to visit the city.

Nice property, well maintained, new construction

The property was well maintained, clean, and worked out very well for my family stay. The location was a bit of walk to the train station and restaurants, but not bad. I think the walking distance to restaurants will be much shorter once the new construction is complete and the nearby street is re-opened. I feel good recommending this unit to others.
