The house, built in traditional Canarian style is well furnished and comfortable and the village of Buen Paso makes an ideal location as a base to explore this interesting and varied region of North West Tenerife.

The accommodation is over three floors with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two single bedrooms. The private and secluded sun terrace affords stunning views over the Atlantic Ocean in one direction and behind you is the imposing Mount Teide.

Plenty of wardrobe storage. TV with a choice of stations. Free Wi-Fi is provided. Air conditioning which also can operate as heater for occasional cooler evening through the winter months. Both bathrooms have shower cubicle.

The house has its own private and secluded garden where you can relax in the lush sub tropical area created by the wonderful palms and unusual planting. A table and seating are provided for alfresco dining.

We provide a free meet and greet service with this property. You will be shown around the house and David will be able to answer any queries you have and provide recommendations. His assistant, Teresa has lived in Buen Paso all her life so can give you some local insights. Ask her to let you try her locally produced wine which is excellent and can be purchased by the bottle

perfect and wonderful could not fault it

hello stephen

we got to the location very late but the

instructions for location were spot on

and David the host was looking out for us.

we were shown the house, given the keys,

and even late at night David helped with

coffee and milk for our first relaxing break.

we loved the holiday very much, the house

was just as we expected.the location beautiful,

within easy distance of shops and cafe's.

the house is provided with every thing that any one needs for the stay.

but above all our host David was very friendly and helpful

and lots of laughs and always willing to help,could not ask for

more.i would recommend this property to anyone without

hesitation or worries.

maison tres bien situee pour visite de l ile tres bien entretenue avec petit jardin tres agreable

belle maison au calme manque cafetiere electrique ainsi que quelques ustensile de cuisine a revoir les sommiers des lits un grand merci a theresa et alfredo pour leur accueil et surtout leur gentillesse vue imprenable sur le mont teide d un cote et de la mer de l autre maison situee cote nord ouest donc soleil et nuages en alternance mais tres agreable malgre le vent mieux que le sud car betonner hotel en pagaille et immeuble de location beaucoup trop de monde

Ein komplettes Haus mit Terasse und Dachterassse

gut ausgestatteter Küche , Waschmaschine, Wlan... ... und das alles für schmales Geld !

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, hilfreich und herzlich.

Auto notwendig...

aber dann ist man auch dicht an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten Nordteneriffas dran.

Empfehlenswert für alle, die etwas von der Insel sehen wollen,

für reinen Badetourismus eher nicht...

Aangenaam Onderkomen

Ruim genoeg voor 6 personen, met 2 badkamers en een redelijk grote eetkeuken.

Meer geschikt voor de zomer, koel huis (in de winter koud) en veel schaduw in de tuin.

Vriendelijke beheerder (Teri), die je alles kunt vragen. Grappig barretje aan de overkant van de straat, verder geen faciliteiten binnen loopafstand.

In de omgeving is veel te ontdekken, je moet wel echt op zoek.

Een map met tips en aanraders zou handig geweest zijn.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your constructive review. The provision of a local guide folder is long overdue and I will be working on this as a matter of urgency. I would just say that there are other restaurants and supermarkets within a ten minute walk of the house

Buen Paso is a village on the sloping hills of North Tenerife around 6 miles (10km)from the charming and historically fascinating town of Garachico. There are several restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance of the house. Other places of interest nearby are Icod where you will find the legendary Draco tree. Buenavista del Norte is another beautiful town easily reached by car.

A car is recommended to explore the area. This part of Tenerife is lush and green and surrounded by banana plantations. Many of the Canary Islands best wines come from this area and many vineyards offer tours and tastings. There is a safe beach nearby in the quaint village of Playa San Marcos.
