This clean and modern 2 bed apartment has been recently refurbished. It is in the most amazing location, right in the centre of London but on a quiet residential street. All the main attractions are in walking distance.

The apartment is modern and newly refurbished, with stylish contemporary furniture. It is a large (for London standards) apartment with 2 good sized bedrooms, open plan living area and kitchen. There is access to a balcony from the living room and one of the bedrooms, which overlooks a communal courtyard.

The apartment is on 2 levels, entrance hallway is on the ground floor with stairs leading up to the main space. The entire flat is bright and clean, its just been redecorated with a new shower room and kitchen.

Please note: The sofa bed is a small double, very comfy for 1 person, can fit 2 at a squeeze. Bed size is 180cm long and 109cm wide.

Guests have access to all areas, besides an under stairs cupboard that we use for storage. I am happy to help with local if any guidance needed.

The neighbourhood:

Fitzrovia is an area north of Soho and Oxford Street, it's incredibly quiet and relaxed considering its only a 5 min walk to one of the busiest shopping streets in the world. This is why I love the neighbourhood, its right in the middle of everything but it has a more village feel. It has an interesting local history, as well as some famous local residents.

Getting around:

The best thing about this apartment is the location, you can walk to most of the sites and it really is the best way to see the city. But if you are in a rush, the nearest Tube train stops are Great Portland Street (4min) and Warren Street (7min) stations.

There are two walks, I love to take from the apartment and would highly recommend to every guest.

The first is to the London Eye, its about a 35 min walk but I like to allow at least 2 hours because this walk brings you past Oxford Circus, Soho, China Town, Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square, The National Gallery, Trafalgar Square (nice view of Big Ben) and onto the River Thames where you could easily spend the rest of the day.

The second place I like to walk to is Camden town, this is a beautiful walk which takes you through Regents Park, past London Zoo (you can see some zoo animals and birds as you pass by ). From here I go all the way to the top of Primrose Hill, one of the best views of London. The rest of the walk to Camden is along the charming canals. You could do this was in about an hour, but if its a sunny day allow about 2 hours, you will find so many things to stop an look at. Once you get to Camden, there will be enough to keep you busy all day.

British Museum: 20 mins walk

Regents Park: 10 mins walk

London Zoo: 30 mins walk (through the park)

Oxford Circus: 15 mins Walk

Leicester Square: 20 mins walk

China Town: 18 mins walk

Soho: 14 mins walk

Piccadilly Circus: 20 mins walk

Selfridges: 21 mins walk

Trafalgar Square: 25 mins walk

London Eye: 35 mins walk

All we really ask is that guests respect my apartment as if it were their own home....

There is a no smoking policy for the apartment, however you can smoke on the balcony and look at the BT tower!

What a lovely flat in a fantastic location. You can walk everywhere from here with everything you can want and need at arms length.

This location is really hard to beat. Easily walkable to many attractions and neighborhoods, but easily accessed public transport of all kinds. Kiran was very accessible as well, going above and beyond to aid in making the stay for this young family of four easy and a great success. Thanks Kiran!

Nice host, good appartment, perfectly located

I highly recommend Kiran's appartment for your stay in London. He is very welcoming and the appartment is clear, clean, with the necessary equipments. The neighboorhood is quiet, still you benefit from all facilities (transportations, small shops and restaurants). I would come back without hesitation. It is about 10 minutes walk from Oxford Street as well, and close to Saint Pancras with the underground.
