Comfortable traditional 160m² villa, on 557 m² of land with various trees like a lemon tree, an apricot tree, a peach tree and a fig tree.

- Living room with 2 sofas and 2 armchairs for 8 people.

- In the living room, a Samsung TV 46" UE46JU6000 4K, with a Home cinema 5.1 Samsung HTJ4530 connected to a Blu-Ray, and an Internet router with Wifi Modem (10Mb/s)

- In the living room, a Hi-Fi Sony radio with Bluetooh connection for smartphone (2*20W RMS)

- 5 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms at the first floor.

Each bedroom.has a king size bed (160*200)

- Specific equipments for a baby: 1 stroller, 1 cot, 1 high chair.

- 3 bathrooms and 3 Separate wc (2 on the main floor and 1 on the 1st floor)

What makes this house unique

The garden has many fruit trees like a lemon tree, a figue tree, a peach tree, an apricot tree. All of those fruit trees are for the tenants, when the fruits are mature, of course.

Great family vacation property

Our family spent 5 weeks in beautiful St. Cyprien this winter.

We sincerely want to thank Patrick, the owner of this villa. We cannot thank you enough for all the information you gave us and how accommodating you were. You were always prompt with any questions that we sent via emails, or via the phone.

The home was very clean, and very inviting. The bedrooms were spacious, and slept 10 comfortably. The furniture in the living area was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the fresh smells from the lemon tree when we sat out on the patio on those bright sunny days.

Patrick would also call during our stay to make sure everything was OK, and if there were any issues.

Patrick's suggestions in shopping, eating, and site seeing, were very helpful in making many of our choices. We especially enjoyed our daily morning trips to the Boulangerie for their fresh pastries. Our favorite Boulangerie was the one at the Port, which is about 5 minutes from the villa.

There were also some great restaurants close to the villa. Restaurant L'Aquarium is one that we would definitely recommend if you are looking for something a little more upscale.

The people in St. Cyprien were also very nice. Our French was limited at best, and the people were very patient in trying to understand us.

In regards to day trips, there is so much to see around the St. Cyprien area. Patrick’s home was a great home base, in a nice quiet neighborhood.

If anyone we know would be going to that part of France we would definitely recommend them contacting Patrick.

Génial, Belle situation et très propre

Maison très agréable à vivre. Tout est présent pour passer de superbes vacances.la situation est parfaite pour profiter de la plage, port de plaisance (à 7 min à pied) et des commodités alentours. Propriétaire très sympathique.

Une superbe semaine de vacances

Nous sommes ravis de notre semaine à Saint Cyprien. La maison est très agréable, fort bien équipée, très propre, avec des espaces intérieurs et extérieurs permettant de satisfaire toutes les envies tout en préservant l'intimité de chacun. Nous avons beaucoup profité de l'espace pergola à l'ombre pour manger à l'extérieur, entourés de lauriers de fleurs, de bambous, du figuier et du citronnier. Le calme est appréciable pour se ressourcer et dormir en toute quiétude. Proche de la marina et des plages, c'est aussi l'endroit idéal pour rayonner dans une région riche en sites, villages et monuments à visiter. La liste proposée par Patrick est incontournable. Nous y avons ajouté les musées Dali de Figueres et Cadaques, exceptionnels (réservation on line recommandée).

Cette location est à recommander vivement!

De formidables vacances !

Suite à un premier séjour en mars 2016, nous sommes revenus dans cette maison afin de profiter de l'été en bord de mer.

La situation de la maison est tout à fait idéale en période estivale.

Le confort et l'accueil ont été également très apprécié !
