It is a cozy apartment with two bedrooms, an office and a living room. And one bedroom has a double bed, a bunk bed and another room office a sofa bed for two people. The space is completely renovated and equipped, well furnished and is housed in a typical building of Lisbon with old style. It is located on the first floor and has no lift. It is an apartment that combines the historic district of Lisbon life with the comfort and sophistication of a fully renovated space.

The President Street Arriaga is located at the foot of Lapa on the edge of the Green Window Street just steps from the neighborhood of Santos. The neighborhood of Santos, even though it is a typical neighborhood, half walls with the neighborhood of Madragoa, became known by the Design District to host art schools, theater, designer shops and alternative trade, bringing the typical streets of the neighborhood one young and sophisticated audience.
The apartment is one step (two minutes) from the Museum of Ancient Art (MAA), the charming garden 9 April and its viewpoint. We recommend a visit to MAA (the most important of the city) and a stop in Chat Café to enjoy the magnificent view of the Tagus River.
Lapa is a neighborhood that is worth a visit on foot (uphill) because houses beautiful gardens, palaces and most embassies and transformed into charming hotels. Enjoy and discover the Italian restaurant Come Prima which is two steps from the apartment.
The Madragoa is of the oldest neighborhoods of the city with narrow streets and narrow houses, old fishing district, charismatic, today offers a huge number of taverns and petisqueiras also worth a visit.
The area is very central and riverside, being among the Star, Bethlehem and the axis Principe Real, Bairro Alto, Chiado and Cais do Sodre, so it is advisable for those who enjoy, walking through the surrounding streets and alleys and always pleasant paths the nascent sense. On the other hand, to the west we recommend a walk on the bank of the Tagus River from the Santo Amaro Docks (where there are various restaurants and you can enjoy a beautiful riverside view) to Bethlehem can enjoy many of the monuments associated with the rich history of the Portuguese Discoveries and taste the very famous and delicious Pastel de Belém.
