Bright apartment in the center of Las Palmas, in one of the best areas of the city, within walking distance of the beach and shopping areas. In the neighborhood you can enjoy the peace of mind but also has all the amenities.

Ideal for families with children, guests with pets or groups.

The apartment has a double room with private bathroom, another bedroom with two single beds, large living room with access to a large terrace of 125 meters, which is perfect for lunch or any leisure activity. In the living room, also there is a sofa bed and a toddler bed, allowing host up to 5 people. The kitchen has all appliances, including washing machine, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher.

The neighborhood is residential, quiet, perfect for walking and with all the amenities and services, right in front of the apartment there is a park with swings and playground. In a minute there is also a shopping center with supermarket, bars and shops of all kinds, especially for a young audience. In the same area there is also a large hospital and a golf course.

The neighborhood is ideal for walking and you can walk to the beach or other downtown areas, there are also very nearby taxi and bus if this option is desired.

Excellent Apartment with Terrace!

Excellent apartment with large private terrace. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped with basic essentials such as tea, coffee, cooking oil, butter and various other necessities all supplied which was very much appreciated. Quiet area with very good supermarket and coffee places within easy walking distance, ideal if you don't have a car. Good local bus and taxi service into central Las Palmas and a 15-20 minute walk to Las Canteras beach. Owner very helpful and easily contactable for any questions. Would strongly recommend this apartment for couples to small groups or families.

Fantastisk lägenhet, välutrustad och med mycket stor egen uteplats

Mycket fin och välutrustad lägenhet men inte lika central som kartbilden visar på grund av höjdskillnader. Men nära busshållplats och stort köpcenter. Vi, fyra vuxna i tre generationer, uppskattade att lägenheten är högklassig och genom sin utformning gav möjlighet till enskildhet med separata utgångar till den mycket stora uteplatsen.
