The property is comfortable and well-equipped. It is situated off the beaten path with stunning views. A very quiet and relaxing environment with a good sized swimming pool to boot.

It is ideally placed to visit the many interesting villages in the area as well as the south coast resorts.

Idyllische und ruhige Lage mit großem, neuem Pool sowie schönem Ausblick auf das maurische Gebirge.

Die Vermieter waren freundlich und hielten sich dezent im Hintergrund, obwohl sie nebenan wohnten. Der Pool war sauber und gepflegt. Obwohl das Grundstück Hanglage besitzt, gibt es einen ebenen Teil, auf dem eine Tischtennisplatte steht und auf der man sogar Boule spielen konnte. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind allerdings 4 km (Bäcker) bzw. 6 km (Supermarkt) entfernt. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten in die Seealpen (Verdonschlucht, Parfumstadt Grasse etc.) oder ans Meer. Nächster schöner Badestrand ist der Strand (Plage) von Frejus. An jedem Wochetnag ist in einer der umliegenden Städte/Dörfer provencalischer Markt, auf dem man sich auch mit Speisen (Paella, Ratatouille, Spanferkel etc. ) versorgen kann, sodass man nicht selber kochen oder essen gehen muss. Draguignant ist allerdings kein ausgesprochener Touristenort. Man bekommt dort kein Eis auf die Hand (haben wir jedenfalls nicht gefunden) und auch zum Essen sind wir stets in die umliegenden Dörfer gefahren.

Environnement très calme avec une vue formidable. Très belle piscine très bien entretenue. Gîte confortable bien aménagé. Propriétaires discrets et disponibles. Très bien situé proche de tous commerces et activités.

Frankreich erleben

Unser Urlaub mit der Familie hier in dem wunderschönen und modern eingerichteten Haus ist gerade mit Kindern und für Ruhesuchende ideal.Das Anwesen liegt sehr ruhig am Stadtrand in einem dünnbesiedelten Wohngebiet und wird von den Eigentümern sehr gepflegt. Die Besitzer sind sehr zurückhaltend und geben einem trotz der direkten Nachbarschaft das Gefühl die Anlage mit dem Pool für sich alleine zu haben. Die Lage in Draguignan ermöglicht es einem direkt die wunderschönen Bergdörfer mit ihren originellen Märkten zu erreichen und zum Meer fährt man ca. eine halbe Stunde.

Auf der überdachten Terrasse kann man neben Oleander und Lavendelblumen den Abend in Ruhe ausklingen lassen. Die Klimaanlage im Haus ist passend dimensioniert und auch täglich aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen notwendig.

Très jolie location et propriétaires charmants

Une location bien sympa, décorée avec goût. Des propriétaires adorables (merci à Sophie et Emmmanuel) soucieux de votre confort. Calme et vue imprenable assurés. Meme la piscine est super (28 degrés !). Un seul regret, manque un barbecue sur la terrasse... Une semaine bien agréable !!

Wonderful appartment in a lovely area!

We just got back from a week in Draguignan at Les Cicadas and thoroughly enjoyed it!

The owners, Sophie and Emmanuel, are friendly, helpful, quick to respond to any questions and speak English very well. They gave detailed information about the appartment upon arrival and were kind to suggest restaurants and bakeries in the area.

The appartment is light, clean, well kept and very comfortable. It had everything we needed in it - the kitchen is well equipped, the additional table and chairs on the patio were perfect even for late breakfasts in February! The view is as beautiful as on the photos and it is really calm and quiet.

The area is perfect for day trips to Nice, Saint Tropez, Monaco, the mountains, beaches and all the beautiful little villiages nearby.

We highly recommend staying at Les Cicadas and we are already trying to plan a trip back!
