The Villa, thanks to the terrain on which it stands, offers a particularly privileged view that guides the eye of the guests through a gentle slope, between the coastal countryside and the Mediterranean, slipping up to the blue sea of the lively town of Marina di Ragusa .
The villa allows you to establish a strong relationship between the interior and the landscape, opening the views through large windows, so that outsiders are always visually "present" in the daily life within the building.
The interior flooring expands into the surrounding environment, creating a garden made of green, water and cement through which the house seems to engage in the landscape, looking out over the meadows and on the horizon. At the same time, the lawn, plants and trees seem to embrace the artificial space resulting in a relaxing space, balanced and totally immersed in nature, in the countryside, in the cosmos.
The living area opens onto the landscape by opening large windows, which connect the living area and the kitchen with the sea and the infinity pool in the garden. In the latter, thanks to the slope of the land and the unobstructed view, you have trouble understanding where it ends the tub and where the sea begins.
A generous balcony runs around the south elevation creating a long loggia turns west into a larger terrace overlooking the pool, a natural extension of the living area and kitchen, ideal for cocktails, dinner and evening relaxation.
The sleeping area, consisting of three large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, communicates with the living area equipped through the corridors, in which are placed deposits, closets and utility rooms.
The windows and the glass cuts establish an intimate relationship with the garden and, in the case of the master bedroom, also with the landscape, which is enhanced by the presence of plants, shrubs and trees typical of the local Mediterranean scrub.
