Twenty-two miles to the south of the property the city of Dundee is an excellent place to enjoy a day trip with its good range of shops and restaurants as well as a number of museums and historic sites. The rooms in this property are all generously proportioned as visitors will discover as soon as they step inside the spacious lounge with its sofas wood burner and TV/DVD. The kitchen/diner also offers plenty of room for guests to relax over meals and prepare all of their favourite dishes and is equipped with an oven hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a separate utility room meanwhile houses the washer/dryer. The property has three bedrooms the first of which can be found on the ground floor: a king-size room with a wardrobe and dressing table as well as views across the farm. There is also a wet room with a shower and WC on the ground floor whilst the bathroom with its shower-over-bath and WC can be found upstairs alongside the remaining two bedrooms. The first of these is a pleasant double room whilst the other is a restful twin room. Stepping outside through the patio doors in the kitchen guests will find an enclosed garden with a patio seating area which with its provided garden furniture and BBQ makes a great place to sit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. In the winter season the owners have a nursery ski slope which guests are able to make use of which is great fun for both skiing and sledging.
