THIS GROUND floor apartment is built to a very high standard . Located within walking distance of the beautiful fishing village of Alvor . It is very spacious with 2 bedrooms ( 1 DOUBLE & 1 TWIN BEDS ) both with fitted mirrored wardrobes , 2 fully tiled high standard bathrooms , a fully equipped modern kitchen with all amenities . The tastefully large lounge has ample seating and a dining table with seating for 6 people , double bed settee to comfortably sleep 2 more persons. there is Wifi, unlimited broadband, UK/Europe TV with 100+ channels & DVD player . All rooms benefit from patio doors leading onto a very large furnished North West facing sun terrace with a private shared swimming pool .There is a child's play area that is visibly seen from the terrace.

There is ample free 'on street' parking . This is a secure complex with electric video intercom and electric shutters making it completely safe . So if your looking for a traditional , unspoilt location , a peaceful holiday with fantastic amenities , then this is the place to for you

WHY THE OWNER CHOSE AN APARTMENT IN THIS AREA.....: After an holiday in Alvor with my partner and our children, i fell in love with the place, we visited many other resorts on the western Algarve e.g ; Albuferra, Praia da Rocha, Lagos, Silves and Vilamoura, but found Alvor is still a part of real Portugal, with it's friendly residents it's a place where you can experience a small piece of portugese life and i knew this was the location where i wanted to invest in a property.

I was lucky to find a beautiful apartment in Ma Partilha which is a pleasurable 5 minute drive to Alvor.

UNIQUE BENEFITS OF THE PROPERTY........: My ground floor apartment sits in a splendid complex with a private pool exclusively for the use of 6 apartments only, with views to a lovely outside area with large lawned spaces, plants, trees and children's play area visible from Terrace.

It has a North West facing sun terrace, the largest one in the complex.

As it is only a short drive in to Alvor (Taxi for Approx 5 Euros) there you can experience the Old Harbour which oozes charm with the local fishermen, superb restaurants and marvelous sea-food, or spend the day on the long sanded beach which has excellent facilities and activities for young and old.

The night life offers a fantastic choice of restaurants, clubs and bars.

There is so much you can do in Alvor it truly is a beautiful place to holiday. I am sure you will enjoy it as much as myself and family do.

Surrounding the complex you will find a Variety of Cafes Restaurants and Shops.

Many Golf courses are within 30 minutes including 18-Hole Alto golf course academy.

New F1 Autodromo Algarve Track is only 25 minutes Drive away.

Why Paul Dawkes chose Alvor

After a Holiday in the Alvor with my Partner and our children, We fell in love with the place after visiting many other resorts on the Western Algarve e.g Praia Da Rocha, Lagos, Silves, Vilamoura and Albufeira. But Found Alvor to still be a part of Real Portugal. With Friendly residence its a place where you can experience a small piece of Portuguese Life and we knew this was the location we wanted to invest in a property.

We were lucky to find this beautiful apartment in Ma Partilha which is a pleasurable five minute drive to Alvor.

With Views to a lovely outside area with Large land spaces, Plants and Trees.

The Apartments a north west facing sun terrace the largest on the complex.

As it is only a short drive into the Alvor (Taxi for Approx 5 Euros) There you can experience the Old Harbour which oozes charm with the local fisherman. Superb restaurant and marvelous sea food, or Spend the day on the long sanded beach. That has excellent facilities and activities.

There is so much you can do in Alvor it truly is a beautiful place to holiday.

Having stayed at this apartment for 3½ months, from January to April 2018, we can say that it provided comfortable and spacious accommodation for us all. Whilst the weather was not always kind to us, it would have been worse if we stayed at home, in Alvor we still had warm weather and blue skies most days. Everything that you need is provided to cook and live well. Very fast internet and loads of English TV channels. It is clean and well furnished. The extremely large patio has plenty of outside furniture and even a bar-b-que provided. Very clean swimming pool just 10 steps away! When the sun comes around, it is ideal for sunbathing, yet retaining shady corners. Children's playground next door with plenty of park to run around in.

It is within walking distance of a dangerously good patisserie and a piri-piri chicken restaurant. Alvor itself is a lovely friendly place with fantastic beaches and restaurants. We will be back.

Situated on the ground floor , no stairs are located to reach the apartment this provides excellent access for wheelchairs , buggies and the elderly . The apartment has a lift to gain access to all other floors and the pool area if needed . Main rooms are air conditioned meeting your time of year requirements , cots and high chairs are available upon your request . A safety deposit box is located within the apartment , as is an hairdryer and a small selection of books and dvds are provided . A welcome pack can be arranged if requested . The North West facing sun terrace to this apartment is the largest in the complex , providing exceptional outside space which overlooks the newly refurbished children's play area that can be visable seen - enabling you to relax on the terrace/around the pool area whilst the children are playing . Having a private shared swimming pool and outside shower , the gardens and pool area are regular maintained ensuring a clean and safe enviroment .

Excellent apartment in a wonderful resort

Paul yet again we have had a wonderful time at Ma Partilla - this was our third stay at this excellent apartment in the fabulous resort in Alvor. we had been to other apartments previously before we found this and it is without doubt the best apartment we have stayed in. the apartment is spaceous, well maintained and has all the comforts of home. It is in a complex close to the centre of Alvor yet is away from all the hustle. excellent restraunts near by and the resort of Alvor is only a couple of minutes by car.

We have always been made to feel very welcome by the owner and his representative Sue who is available to assist with any problems (although we have never had a problem in the three years we have been there). Pool is great and never crowded and my six year old daughter loved it. with being a ground floor apartment we were able to sit on the patio and let our daughter come in and out.

we will without doubt be looking to come back next year if the apartment is available. once again Paul many thanks.

Top notch, tidy, luxurious and spacious

Dear Paul and Sarah,

We have enjoyed our holiday (1 week) in Alvor. Your apartment was everything we wished and hoped for. We were kindly received and we're surprised by the spacious, luxurious and tidy apartment. Our daughter simply loved the large terrace and swimming pool. The information we received before our arrival was very useful. The mutual communication was just excellent and all our queries were answered.

I would certainly recommend this apartment to anybody and we´re certainly considering coming back sometime soon.

Located in the ancient coastal fishing village of Alvor, with a 16th century parish church. It faces a natural lagoon opening onto the sea. The beaches are renowned for their isolated sandy coves with beautiful coloured cliffs , to long stretches of pristine sand , with secluded coves tucked under the cliffs. The narrow cobbled streets are full with traditional bars playing live music and restaurants, many barbecuing outside. There is a cafe/bar on the complex and the local shop is within 5 mins walk, also within walking distance is a multi purpose leisure centre. nearby is the commercial town of Portimao 5km with a variety of shops and Praia da Rocha famous for its stunning beaches late night bars and discos, and a casino is 8km. Historic places to visit are Lagos, Silves, and Monchique mountains are within 30 min drive.

Golf: This is a golfers paradise, the Algarve is one of Europe's premier golf areas, as warm conditions and immaculately manicured fairways make it an ideal destination for a golfing holiday. Penina - The championship course is just 1 mile away. Within 15 minutes you also have 7 other great courses including Palmares, Quinta de Morgado, Boavista, Vale de Pinte and Alto Golf.

There is also a driving range within 1 mile away.
