Central location! Walk 50 feet from the front door and you're on the beach. Bike or walk a few blocks south and you're on the beautiful bluffs above Pleasure Point, a popular beachside trail overlooking world class surfing, accessing coves and tide pools or just people watching. You'll certainly see surfers but, quite possibly, a pod of dolphins, a family of sea otters, or, perhaps, migrating whales making their annual journey. More adventurous souls can surf (or take a lesson), skin or scuba dive, kayak, stand-up paddle board or just explore the many tide pools, picnic, or ride bikes.

Within a 5-10 minute drive (or a 15 minute bike ride), you are at the famous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, the quaint beachside resort of Capitola Village or downtown Santa Cruz's Pacific Avenue, home of boutique shops, restaurants and world-class entertainment.

The best location. Perfect sunsets. Lots to do nearby.

A fantastic location. Has everything they say they do. We had a very special time. I'd live there is I could.

Great location, but property really needs updating and a deep clean.

Property is definitely dated and doesn’t feel clean as carpet, upholstery and linens are terribly stained and worn. Needs more towels, especially since there are no laundry facilities. We were given 2 dish towels, one really worn hot pad, no oven mitts, etc. Cutting boards were so awful, we didn’t use them. Toaster oven didn’t work. Hair dryer didn’t work. Light bulbs were burned out. The view was amazing but given the price, we expected higher quality.

Amazing view

And the position of this property is worth a stay, the back bedroom is very near the road and was noisy. Otherwise we felt it could’ve been upgraded somewhat,But all in all we had a wonderful time

Ocean View

Ocean view was amazing, but the place has not been kept up. Things were either broken or didn't work. Not very clean. King beds were two twins put together with OLD pillows. If it weren't for the ocean view this would be a train wreck.
