Stirling 20 mins. St Andrews, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Loch Lomond & The Trossachs all within 60mins. Safe on-site parking.

Westbourne House is a beautiful early Victorian mill owner's house set on its own lovely grounds with private wooded areas for sitting and relaxing.

All four bedrooms are en-suite and each are individually and have their own TV. Our home retains all its original features with high ceilings, winding staircase and amazing Victorian architecture. We welcome you to enjoy our large garden, patio and private wooded area.

Our large sitting room has a good selection of board games and a fully stocked wood-burning stove. Large TV, PS3 console with games, large 55" TV and DVD with movie library.

Five minute walk to excellent bistro and wide selection of pubs serving local ales. Sterling Mills shopping outlet, dry ski slope and lots of hiking trails all within walking distance. Nice Farmshop and cafes nearby

Centrally located within "The Heart of Scotland" offering easy access to Edinburgh and Glasgow, Loch Lomond and the Trossachs.

Guests are welcome to exclusively enjoy the complete sanctuary of our Victorian home. This includes an evening meal on arrival. a well-stocked country kitchen with both aga and conventional oven. Two large fridges fully stocked with bacon, eggs milk etc... and a large selection of cereals. Our impressive sitting room has a large selection of board games, PS3 console and games, 55" TV + DVD with selection of movies. There is also a wonderful stove which will be ready to light. Laundry room with washer and dryer will be well stocked with washing detergent and fabric conditioner.

Our wonderful garden has a trampoline, BBQ, table and chairs etc.. and will be ready for outdoor dining. All in all, our home will be ready for you to relax and enjoy your time away!

My name is Evie and I live with my 10 year old son Billy in a lovely village not too far from Edinburgh and Glasgow. We enjoy country walks, swimming, cooking and reading.

We love our home and we are confident that you will too. Mostly we have semi large groups who stay. Size varies from 6-12 guests. The house offers a great feeling of peace and is very quiet. All rooms are very large and all have very comfortable beds. We have over 200 five star reviews across various acommodation providers - mostly Airbnb -but we only joined Homeaway in August.

Stunning Victorian Mansion with amazing Victorian architecture. Not many homes like this left so you will have a highly unique experience if you do decide to stay. Over 200 five star reviews so nobody has been disappointed!
