Great Apartment & Location

Overall great place for Paris standards. The interior is clean, spacious (sleeps 3 comfortably) and well maintained. The furniture is new-ish and the kitchen stocked with everything you might need to cook. Having an elevator to take up our luggage was an added bonus! We loved the location. It's about 2 blocks from Musee d'Orsay and a metro stop and central to the rest of the city. Moreover, communicating with Julie was very easy and she was easy going and quick to respond.

On the flip side, it is located on the 2nd floor (in American standards) and you can hear early morning traffic/horns. The bathroom was a bit outdated. And we weren't too happy with the fees for late arrivals/early departures.

Other than that, it was great. We'd definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Great Location and Nicely Decorated Appartment

Travelling all the way from Canada, would like to live at an area that is safe and within walking distance to main attractions. It's located just 2 blocks away from Museum Orsay, and 10 mins walk to Louvre Museum. It allows us to visit these two museums during their evening hours, and go back home for a break at lunches.

I definitely would recommend this appartment to my family and friends when they travel to Paris.

Julie Favre is an awesome manager, very friendly and efficient in answering emails.

We had a great time at Paris.

My husband, son and stayed here for the first 4 nights of our journey. The flat is very comfortable, well maintained and in a perfect location for setting out on the subway. It is close to cafes and supermarket and it appeared to be very safe. The king- sized bed is somewhat of a rarity in Paris and this one was extremely comfortable. My son slept on the pull out which was also a quality mattress. Julie was very punctual and helpful with arrival and departure. I highly recommend this flat.

Excellent and quiet

This apartment was perfect for us! Quiet residential street yet less than 2 blocks to a large grocery store, a fabulous bakery, a WONDERFUL bistro (La Bonne Excuse is in the next block). Two blocks from the river and the Metro and RER station at Muse' d'Orsay. Managed by a wonderfully helpful woman who is fluent in English as well as French. We would stay again and again....a lovely value in a beautiful part of the City.

Really nice apartment in a great location!

We really enjoyed this apartment in the St German area! The apartment was really nice, very clean and well maintained (as is the building it is in), with excellent security. It was very comfortable, had all the amenities needed (linens, towels, soaps, paper products, hair dryer, kitchen, washer/dryer, city information, etc.) and is an EXCELLENT value for the money. The big windows provided wonderful morning and evening breezes. It is in a GREAT location - on a nice quiet side street yet very close to the metro, museums like the Lourve & Orsay, cafes and a big grocery store. We enjoyed the 10 minute stroll to the Effiel Tower every evening to watch the light show. The owner, Jean-Pierre, was very nice, he responded quickly & professionally, and was very accommodating. Rental transactions with him were smooth and easy. The hostesses - Julie and Tinea, were very nice, friendly and helpful in checking us in/out of the apartment. We would highly recommend this apartment to family and friends, and would reserve it again if we return to Paris. Thank you Jean-Pierre & Julie & Tinea!

En principe la location à la semaine est fixée du samedi au samedi ceci dans un but d'organisation avec les intervenants. Toutefois, d'autres périodes décalées peuvent être demandées, elles pourront être acceptées, bien entendu, dans la mesure de la vacance du bien mais aussi des possibilités des intervenants . Dans ce cas le montant du loyer sera évalué au prorata temporis.
